  • When do I drink this? Thanks for answer.

  • @gnagetryssen Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein is meant to be taken (drunk) within 30 minutes after your workout or training session. Jump over to bodysuppsusa com for more information and products.

  • i only liked this because your Australian

  • @TheWrongway92 Thanks mate!

  • THAT'S GOLD JERRY! GOLD!!1`

  • @eshdan Yeah, right on bro!

  • i just love every thing that optimum makes

  • @anssari1 I hear you. At BodySupps com, I have sold more Optimum Nutrition than any other protein.

  • @bodysuppsvideos sir thus amino acid has a side effect in our body when we took them every day.?? like I took 2 amino acid a day..

  • @anssari1 I hear yah! Out of all the products, I keep a tub of ON 100% whey protein.

  • So , I just bought 5 lbs delicious strawberry ... Should i start with 2 or 3 times a day ??? ( I'm looking to gain weight + build more muscles and weigh 60 kg's at 5'10 ) .. please Do reply ..

  • @gunnersfor4life Depends how much training you are doing. Optimum 100% whey protein is so lean on the calories and carbs, you can't really go wrong with 3 serves a day. Just don't over do it. BodySupps com for ordering Optimum Nutrition.

  • So , I just bought 5 lbs delicious strawberry ... Should i start with 2 or 3 times a day ??? ( I'm looking to gain weight + build more muscles and weigh 60 kg's at 5'10 ) .. please Do reply ..

  • i suggest getting a variety of flavors with this. i used to only buy one flavor and it kinda grossed me out drinking the stuff after a while

  • @TheDonkeyFLOPPER I agree. I do have a 10 Lb bag of Chocolate to keep the cost down and try a couple of smaller 2 Lb or even the sample packs to try different flavors. Please go to bodysupps com to order. That would be great.

  • Buying the 2lb one worth to build more muscle mass?

  • @PopR1ne the 2 lb is good for trying a new flavor, the 5 or 10 lb is good for saving money. what are your training goals?

  • @bodysuppsvideos well i bulked up,idk if to run more for muscles to pierce threw.,like i can only see cuts nd such if i flex,i wanna see it without.

  • @PopR1ne You'll go through the 2 Lb pretty quick. The only advantage to the 2 Lb is to see if you like that particular flavor. I would suggest the 5 Lb in one of the standard flavors (Choc, Vanilla or Strawberry at a stretch) is better value. I just go for 10 Lb bags of Chocolate myself. go to bodysupps com to order.

  • i have the whey protein isolate by now products

  • @gamerhack how do you like the Now Protein products? I heard good things about it.

  • @bodysuppsvideos the main reason is beacuse it is only whey protein isolate the best you can get its not mixed with concencrate (which ruins it )

  • @freedom102792 oh yeah, I mix half milk and have water and throw in a frozen (peeled) banana. What your preferred flavor?

  • @freedom102792 What results are you getting with the optimum? Have you tried other proteins, MRI Pro-NOS, Optimum NitroCore24, BSN Syntha-6? I'm interested in people sharing their experiences with other protein products if you can.

  • Whats better synergy or optimum whey ??

    suggestions anyone

  • @scarleteverywhere I sell and have tried both. Optimum 100% whey not only out-sells synergy, but I get a lot of return customers. But, that doesn't mean it is a better product. I think both have there merits and I like switching products to keep it interesting.

What do you prefer and why?

  • @bodysuppsvideos hey mate ye im using optimum serious mass 5.5kg bag and used phd synergy .. half way through this optium serious mass now its oright think i prefer synergy thou.

hav u tryed any other products or ever been interested in any other non legal things like winstrol. I ask as my friend has started taking it and hes gone through some good body changes but im quite agsint sterioids realy!!

  • People, I found some Whey Protein that is way better than any brand. Go to Mercola.com. It's from grass fed cows, Hormone free cows, Cold processing, Acid Free, No toxic metals (check your long list on your whey container), no artificial sweeteners, and it's full of fiber. Check it out, read the article about it. Mercola.com

  • @igorbukhantsov Yes, Mercola.com has some great information. I met Joe Mercola at a seminar (Yanik Silver) a couple of years ago. Do you recommend a particular protein?

  • @bodysuppsvideos I don't have a particular, I've never bought protien (yet) but i sure do know which one to look for

  • @igorbukhantsov Yes, I think Optimum 100% whey protein is a good all-round protein product to start with. The cheapest I found was at bodysupps com.

  • MP218614

    for 5 % of myprotein

  • @stewgenelec Is that 5% OFF. If you are giving us a discount code, thanks.

  • @bodysuppsvideos Yes. Apologies for my poor spelling !

  • Is the ON 100% natural Whey just as delicious as the ON 100% Whey?

  • @benedicttubio I have used both and to tell you the truth, whenever something is "Natural", that means it is normally better for you but probably not as tasty. I honestly prefer the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey protein (the normal stuff) because it tastes slightly better. Hey, that is just my opinion. As I said, the ON Natural 100% Whey is just better for you. Check it out at BodySuppsUSA com for more info.

  • @bodysuppsvideos thanks for the response..

  • @benedicttubio I have tried both a number of times and preferred the ON 100% whey more (lol, play on words). What do you prefer and what flavor?

  • I got it today at GNC switching over from the GNC performance brand and this stuff seems better, more BCAAs and more isolates than the GNC stuff and they put high fructose corn syrup in their cookies n cream flavor

  • @WoWbob396 Optimum's 100% Whey Protein is a top selling brand of protein for a number of years. I like the fact it is low on carbs and calories compared to other whey proteins. Try bodysuppsusa to order your next bag or tub of Optimum Nutrition protein.

  • I gotta ask you guys something here. I´ve been taking whey protein for several years, and it´s worked pretty damn good. But since 6 months ago, my stomach get very upset. I´ve tried several kinds of whey p, but they all have the same side-effects on my stomach. I can drink milk and eat cheese so i´m not lactose intolerant. This is very frustrating cos i haven´t been training normally since this problem occured. What is wrong? Is there something i can do or take to get rid of the problem? Thx!

  • @Crazydrawings Sometimes we build an intolerance to certain protein products. I would first give the protein powders a rest and substitute it with natural sources of protein, cheese, yogurt, meat. I would also suggest trying a different protein product such as MRI Pro-NOS which contains a pure form of protein called protein fractions. MRI Pro-NOS is also available at BodySuppsUSA com.

  • @bodysuppsvideos Thx a lot man, much apprecitated for the reply. I will take a break from the protein powder for a while. One other question, what do you think about BCAA and EAA supplements? Combining that with either meat or chicken before and after workout, do you think that would work for me or would those supplements also make my stomach upset? Then i was thinking about Creatine Ethyl Ester, good or bad?

    Thx!

  • @Crazydrawings lifting weight builds muscle not eating

  • @johnosandra Eating the right foods (un-processed), the right quantity, at the right time helps with building muscles as you do Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise, activity is so sustained that it requires large amounts of oxygen. Anaerobic exercise is so fast and brief that it doesn't have time to rely on oxygen, so glycogen is used.

Go to BodySuppsUSA com for more information.

  • @bodysuppsvideos im a fully qaulifyed personal trainer and a professional boxer/professional boxing trainer

i already know everything you just said

naturally your body will crave the food accourding to your workout regime

majority of fat people are idiots hence why the best advice you can possibly give a person is lifting weights builds muscle not eating

lifting weights is the answer to anyones body related problems bottom line

it turns fat into muscles that burn calories

  • @johnosandra Actually lifting weights breaks down muscle and if you don't eat anything you wont have anything to rebuild your muscles making them bigger.

  • @NJnaturalBB fuck your a genous are in mensa im95kg and 6% bf you dont need anywhere near the amount of food that you think 1 steak and acouple of nuts fruits veggies and chicken sandwichs and you'll be right drink plenty of milk say 2-3 glasses a day ull be right mate worry about lifting weights not eating you'll eat what you need its not about eating huge ammounts of food its about staying anabolic and neutral just eat often enough to keep you from going catabolic ull end up 95kg6bf
  • @johnosandra *I think your comment was towards Crazydrawings but I'll assume it was towards me.*

Actually I do need the EXACT amount of food I 'think' I need. And right now I'm 245(111kg) at apprx. 9%, so If I were to cut down to 6% I'd probably be 230 lbs (104.5kg).

  • @NJnaturalBB my goal is to be 110 and 5 bf

    your the man lol

  • @johnosandra 110?? I know females that weigh that, I dont think you understand how small 110 lbs is, 160 lbs is still small.

  • @NJnaturalBB hahaha your incompetent

my goal is to be 110kg

    i weigh 95kg roughly 210 pounds at 6% body fat im 18

i want another 15kg stacked onto my fame

  • @johnosandra Im an idiot, lol. Realistic goal how tall are you? I know guys that are like 5'7 200lbs and look 250+

  • @NJnaturalBB im 187cm so 6,2 i believe

lol i spar with a guy whos 5,8 and 210 pounds he looks like franko columbo little cunt i bust him up toney style

  • just bought 2lb cookies n cream

  • @danthaman7777 - Let us know how the Cookies and Cream flavor is going.

  • @bodysuppsvideos will do ,hopefully its here by thursday can't wait, never used whey ,just protein bars

  • @danthaman7777 What protein bars did you find were the best tasting and gave the best results? I was selling the Titan protein bar at BodySuppsUSA com and found those were awesome.

  • @bodysuppsvideos i've only used cliff builders bars and found those to be good and gave me energy before a workout, or if i skip;ped breakfast helped me out, and i would eat it sometimes after a workout. peanut butter was the best flavour :)

  • @bodysuppsvideos I taste it already it is ok, compare to chocolate it will not cause bloated feeling

  • @wizardzwish If you're feeling bloated after a Optimum protein shake, try taking having half before a workout and the rest afterwards. What are you using, milk or water or a mixture? I add a banana or berries to make it taste better. More info at BodySuppsUSA com.

  • @bodysuppsvideos I don;t need to cookies and cream taste good with milk.....

  • The Best whey you can get is not whey that's proccessed. Ori hofmekler has the best whey out there on the market today. Hands down.

  • ANYONE ELSE'S FART SMELL LIKE THE DEVIL'S AROUND WITH THE FLAVOUR MOCCA CAPPUCINO??????? ANOYING

  • @wyCerBotMyNem Not only that, Mocca Cappucino farts have caffeine and keep you awake all night (LOL)

  • @decisionvida Yes, if you have any allergies to milk, or dairy products or the ingredients in the protein product. Read the label carefully and do some research on the product before purchasing or use. Consult your doctor if you have any health concerns about using a supplement.

  • what about gold standart 100% whey natural?

  • @CrazyMonkey1235 Yes, I have tried it and found it ok. I sell a lot of ON Natural and have access to it to sample the different flavors.

But, I find myself always going back to the regular Optimum 100% Whey protein. I own and sell protein products on BodySuppsUSA com online.

  • @bodysuppsvideos Thank you for the information

  • cool ur australian :D

  • MSG has many hidden names!

    Additives that OFTEN contain MSG

oat protein, flowing agents, whey protein or whey, anything enriched or vitamin enriched, protein fortified 'anything', annatto, whey protein isolate or concentrate, yeast nutrients

The harmful effects of MSG include ADHD, autism, obesity, growth disruptions, learning and behavioral problems, hormonal imbalance, epilepsy, insomnia, damage to the retina, heart problems, cancer, etc.

  • @rclark23 Yes, that is why I pick my Chinese restaurants with care.

I hear you though. Always read the fine print on the labels and do some research on the products before you purchase or use them.

  • i want to ask something to u guys..can it work?if my weight is 90 kg,i use this whey protein supplement for reduce my weight and build my body at the same time?...some help please...

  • @TheBUSHUSA Yes, check out my video on The Truth About Six Pack Abs - Weight Loss - Stomach Exercises under BodySuppsVideos. I go through some details on how to lose body fat by proper diet, exercise and use of supplements. Let me know what you think by leaving a comment on that video.

  • what are BCAA's? im new to the whole protein shake scene.. cheers

  • @soldierside365 You probably know that amino acids are the building blocks of protein. When you eat a protein food, it gets digested in the stomach and intestine into individual amino acids and short chains of amino acids that are small enough to be absorbed into the bloodstream. These amino acids have far reaching effects in the body from building and repairing tissues, to producing chemicals that enable our brains to function optimally.

  • @bodysuppsvideos

thanks very much, just one more question: Im lactose Intolerant. will this be ok for me?

  • Just had a Optimum Nutrition strawberry shake and added frozen berries. I just forget how good this protein tastes and not too heavy on the carbs.

  • @was242 Tell me more about hemp protein. What product do you suggest? Are you getting gains from hemp protein?

  • This is da way i use my on protein i use 5 scoops 4 times daily with 30grams of dat der cell-tech plus i take ten animal paks with 6 scoops of no explode !

3 scoops of jack3d plus another scoop of dat der cell tech for maximal results :D

  • @Guitarherorockstar09 Seriously, how do you get through the day with all that stuff? What supplements do you really take and what is your training routine? Head over to bodysuppsusa com for some good deals on supplements.

  • @bodysuppsvideos Dude, ignore him. Complete bullshit.

  • @MDubBeezy Yup, seems like Guitarherorockstar09 has taken too much product. Cheers, Bodysuppsvideos.

  • @Guitarherorockstar09 wow that is so unhealthy, you should be eating all different types of foods not just supplements dude..the body cant absorb so much protein so your pretty much wasting all that protein

  • So I use Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 which one is better? Please help!

  • Which is better? 100% whey or 100% whey NATURAL? by optimum nutrition!

    please help!

  • @rgpmetal I have used both and I use the regular and not the natural because l don't like the taste of natural. However, one of the guys I lift with loves the flavor. I have had the same results with both, the natural just has a little less sodium and fat. If you want you can look up the nutrition facts for exact numbers.

  • Im considering buying this product for body building, how many times a day should I take this? And also do I only take take this on the days I am working out or daily?

  • @TacTicalWog Directions For Optimum 100% Whey Protein: To encourage a positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein allotment over 4-6 small meals spread evenly throughout the day. I take Optimum daily but have half the servings on my days off training.

  • ***PLEASE HELP***** Im trying to get into weight lifing, and i want to use a protein powder. Can someone please help me and give me some advice on which to get. I dont have much money so im trying to stay cheap. I hear this Whey protein is good but, idk please help... thank you

  • what's better platinum or gold whey ??

    please answer

  • @JuventusAAR GOLD

  • @NODguy Great all around protein product. I agree. Buy at BodySuppsUSA com where I list specials.

  • @JuventusAAR While Gold Standard 100% Whey contains Hydrowhey, it's also made with whey protein isolates and concentrates. Platinum Hydrowhey is pure hydrolyzed whey protein isolates (aka: peptides). Both are high-quality whey proteins, but Platinum Hydrowhey is our purest, fastest absorbing whey protein yet! I have both on hand and use Gold generally and Platinum after heavy workouts. BodySuppsUSA com.

  • the best whey protein alive today!!!!!!!

  • hey can anyone tell me the artificial flavors or sweeteners they use in the supplements are good or bad & what type of sweeteners do they use.

  • @sameercid Personally When i first started lifting and getting in shape for Basketball I consumed supplements with artificial flavors. Artificial flavors contain chemicals your body has a hard time digesting. Now I don't mess with artificial flavors and I feel less sluggish, more confident, energetic, healthier and less bloated. I recommend you try Optimum nutrition whey protein NATURAL.

  • @Trojanman7871 thank you so much to reply on this i was waiting to get some reply from the users of these supplements

  • the best one!!!

  • This stuff is awesome i take 4 scoops a day , its easy to drink and i never feel bloated :)

  • @BIGDADDYJOHNSON27 What flavors do you prefer? Have you tried any other protein products, CytoSport Complete Whey, BSN or MRI ?

  • @bodysuppsvideos actually i like the strawberry and bananas because it mixes better and the double rich chocolate, not a big fan of chocolate mint though when it comes to on whey, and i have used gnc wheybolic extream and its really good but not as good as ons gold standard whey, i have never used bsn supplements or mri

  • can someone tell me if i can drink it with milk??PLEASE thank you!!!

  • @JuStChRiSGR Yes, I usually use a low fat milk or milk/water mix to blend with my Optimum 100% Whey protein. Add a banana or strawberries, blueberries depending on your taste. Check out the video on BodySuppsvideos "BodySupps - Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Shake for Bodybuilding, Health and Fitness" for some other ideas of how to make a better Optimum shake.

  • @JuStChRiSGR you can. i do it. it tastes good with milk

  • from the nutrition fact per 100 g:

    Protein 78,9g

    Total Carbohydrate 7,8 g

    Total fat 2,5 g

    Fiber 0.2 g

    The sum is 89,4 g

    There are 100 - 89,4 = 10,6 g ...of what?

  • @SantTonne

My face expression now was like :OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

    There are 100 - 89,4 = 10,6 g ...of what? [2]

  • @IdentityHero Yes they do, its called Optimum natural whey, look it up!

  • that goldstandard SUCKS!! Thats like every other Whey Protein!

If somebody want to get ripped, i will offer a whey ISOLATE... because the fat and carbohydrates are evtremly low and the protein percentage is absolut high!

and this Goldstandard have a lot of fat and carbs !!

So get oyur fingers of it!

  • @cCcbalkanTURKcCc Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I tend not to delete post just because they don't agree with the video.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard does have a mix of WPI, WPC, HydroWhey strategically hydrolyzed, over 4 grams of glutamine and glutamine precursors as well as 5 grams of BCAAs and low molecular weight whey peptides, lactase and Aminogen digestive enzymes. It is reasonably low in fat and carbs and is 79% by weight protein per serving.

  • @bodysuppsvideos

    Kalorien: 120

    Protein: 24,0 g

    Kohlenhydrate: 3,00 g

    Fett: 1,00 g

    per serving (31 g Goldstandard)

Fat and carbs are to much for me!

  • @cCcbalkanTURKcCc Yeah, I hear you. You mentioned you offer a whey isolate. So what Isolate do you use?

  • @bodysuppsvideos

I use now Ultimate Nutrition IsoCool!!!

At next i will use Isolate from IRONMAXX!!

  • @cCcbalkanTURKcCc You are clearly an idiot and have not done your homework, the ingredients are as follows:

Protein Blend(Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides), Cocoa(Processed With Alkali), Natural And Artificial Flavors, Lecithin, Creamer(Sunflower Oil, Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch, Di-Potassium Phosphate, Tri-Calcium Phosphate, Tocopherols), Salt, Acesulfame Potassium, Aminogen®, Sucralose.

It clearly says whey "isolate" in the protein blend, noob.

  • @itisgay maltodextrin can make one fat i mean storage the fat

  • cant weight to get some

  • @ImT0ph3R Yes, a good play on words (weight : wait ;)

Let us know how you like it. You can find the Optimum Nutrition at bodysuppsusa com.

  • Whats the best protein for ripping up and cutting abit of weight ???

  • @cozunited94 For ripping up and getting cut, I tend to use the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein. It's lean in calories and carbs but not bad in protein content (about 78% per serve). Divide your weight in pounds by 30 to get the number of recommended scoops per day of Optimum.

  • @cozunited94 Cross flow micro-filtrated Whey Protein Isolate. Not optimum nutrition

  • A summary of some of the comments to this video are:

    - how many scoops should you take? For example, for 150 lbs you need 5 scoops of protein (150 / 30 = 5 scoops). The 30 is the size of the scoop found inside the bag or tub of Optimum protein. You could mix the Optimum with half milk/ half water depending on your taste.

    - Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey is a fairly lean protein supplement. If you want to gain muscle mass, then consider taking Optimum with other protein products like Pro-Complex

  • @bodysuppsvideos the human body can only take in about 30g of protein from a multiple digestive source, like Pro Complex, every 4 to 6 hours depending on muscle mass. A protein supp should only be used post workout and any other single time throughout the day the user may need it.

  • @aqlpskwo I have been monitoring supplement products for ingredients that are not good for you and Optimum 100% Whey is not too bad. Sure ON 100% Whey contains quite a mix of ingredients but being a top selling protein product in the USA, Optimum are not going to jeopardize their flagship product by putting dubious ingredients in it. Watch out for high-fructose corn syrup found in a lot of products now a days, in particular flavored drinks. Really bad for you.

  • will this help me build muscle ? i wanna take somethin that will help me build muscle !! please help me , tell me what to take :)

  • @western904 Optimum 100% whey protein is a supplement meaning you take it with a good healthy diet of fresh un-processed foods, vegetables, fruit, dairy, and protein. Yes, Optimum 100% whey protein will help build muscles when you exercise.

  • @bodysuppsvideos

Thanks soo much ima go buy this n work -out :)

  • @western904 You can buy it from bodysuppsusa com. Let me know how you went.

  • @western904 protein its not just gonna work have you take it you have to workout before and after

  • @western904SIX STAR PRO NUTRITION FROM THE MAKERS OF (MUSCLETECH) TASTE BETTER AND IS BETTER WORK FASTER..AND IS SHIP AT WALMART...I USE TO HAVE HARD TIME WITH MY ABS!!!!NOW WITH (WHEY PROTEIN AND CREATINE FROM SIXSTAR!MY BODY IS LOOK MUCH BETTER...I DRINK MY SHAKES ON THE MORNING AND AT NIGHT N ONLY COST 17.00 EACH....NOT BAD

  • hey im 17

    trying to gain weight/muscale

    im 160lb now

i workout 4-5 days a week for about 4 hours ( 2 hours nd 1/2 in wieghts and 1 hour and 1/2 in weights and boxing training )

i wanted to now should i take this with water or milk?

    how many times a day?

and i also take casien protien before bed the days i workout

  • @platano11354 Good questions. First of all if you are trying to gain weight and build muscle, definitely use milk or dilute with some water depending on your taste. Optimum 100% Whey is fairly lean, so I would try also try alternating with Optimum Pro-Complex or MRI ProNos, something with a bit more muscle building properties. The Casein protein is great before bed for muscle repair while sleeping.

  • bullshit...there is no such thing as 100% whey protein...

  • @razzvane Ok, I wondered about that too. ON 100% Whey protein is about 24 grams of protein by weight per serving or 79%. But, it contains lactase and Aminogen digestive enzymes, biologically active whey protein microfractions including Alpha-lactalbumin, Glycomacropeptides, Beta-lactoglobulin, Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, and various growth factors, and over 4 grams of glutamine and glutamine precursors as well as 5 grams of BCAAs. So ON has some necessary additives.

  • hey man ,

i need to knew how many protein do i need per day

    i'm 120 lb

    16 years old

im a skinny guy, please give me some advise

  • @enTToo For 120 lbs you need 4 scoops of protein (120 / 30 = 4 scoops). The 30 is the size of the scoop found inside the bag or tub of Optimum protein. You could mix the Optimum with half milk/ half water depending on your taste.

Also, Optimum 100% Whey is fairly lean, so I would try also try alternating with Optimum Pro-Complex or MRI ProNos, something with a bit more muscle building properties. Both can be found at bodysuppsusa.

  • @enTToo Your 16 your bodys still growing just eat plenty of good carbs to gain weight, and work out hard in the gym. have about 5 or 6 small meals a day with carbs and protein eg: tuna and rice , pasta and chicken.

  • Is it true that if you don't use maltodextrin or dextrose mixed with the whey in a post workout, you won't reach good results?

Is it really necessary use the whey mixed with some carbo?

  • @llLATINOAMERICANOll yes that is true. your body NEEDS carbs more than anything post workout. if you intake only protein, it will go thru gluconeogenisis, turning amino acids into glucose (carbs). typical ratio is 2 grams of carbs to 1 gram of protein

  • hey man ,

i need to knew how many protein do i need per day

    i'm 140 lb

    15 years old

    help me plz

  • @deeps360 You need about 4 1/2 scoops of protein a day. The recommendation is to consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day. The scoops that are found inside the 10 Lb bag or the tubs are 30 gram scoops. So, you just divide your weight in pounds by the size of scoops (30 grams) to get your daily serving of protein.

The Optimum Whey Protein is just a supplement to other types of protein you should be consuming as part of your normal diet (meat, eggs, cheese, etc).

  • @XowntXihqX What or who are you referring too? I don't understand this comment.

  • hey man ,

i need to knew how many protein do i need per day

    i'm 150 lb

    20 years old

    help me plz

  • @linkinparkmedo You need 5 scoops of protein (150 / 30 = 5). I suggest taking 2 scoops in the morning and around Noon, then 1 in the afternoon.

  • @bodysuppsvideos (150 / 30 = 5)? whats this formula?! so your weight / 30? is it always 30? why 30? on how many scoops per day.

  • @kugenanki No problems, the recommendation is to consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day.

  • i tried it. it leaves an aftertaste. i prefer ultimate nutrition;s products

  • @eshdan What flavor? I found some flavors did leave an aftertaste.

  • @bodysuppsvideos

i've tried the "double rich chocolate" flavor

  • Can i use this protein for my breakfast mixing with oatmeal, and after exercise take promax from maximuscle? Promax is also whey protein and it's reach in BCAA and got Glutamine inside, any advise? Thanks..

  • @involverrrrr You can mix Optimum protein into your oatmeal as long as it is not too hot. Protein goes lumpy (called 'de-natures') when exposed to warm liquids.

A stacked protein such as Promax with the BCAA and Glutamine is fine after training.

  • @bodysuppsvideos so i can mix them through the day and it won't be any problems to me? Thanks

  • @bodysuppsvideos hey man, very important question, so this protein is not natural anymore>???

  • why isnt the GOLD STANDART 'NATURAL' WHEY sold in australia or uk??

  • @SayHeIsOne Yes, I know. It's frustrating isn't it? I ran bodysupps here in Australia and found the distributors were battling to get protein products in from the States due to the Australian Quarantine and the problem importing protein products due to mad cow disease.
