Love how you connect a book with the food you cook. You make me want to go out and buy zucchinis now, because I haven't eaten zucchinis for a while, and that recipe looks easy enough for me to do! My hubby is gluten-intolerant as well. I have stopped buying flour and bread crumbs. I use cornstarch as a substitute, it makes for a nice crunchy coating.
