To the innocent or untrained eye this looks simply like a gas station that suddenly becomes busy. Funny thing is, everywhere you go , anytime of day or night, as a TI, wherever you are at in public, if there were no/few people there when you showed up, they'll pop in around you from every direction in a matter of minutes. Yeah this is exactly what happens.. You pull into a gas station or store and it's completely dead. Then suddenly out of no where people start swarming the area, and coughing and honking horns and spinning their tires.. It's crazy.
