  • This is a very famous meditation center led by the Venerable Pa Auk Sayadaw who teaches not only vipassana meditation but also Jhana techniques.

  • I've been very interested in Pa Auk Sayadaw and this meditation center. I'm very interested in Jhana meditation, as it seems to be unwisely diminished in importance. Do you know anything about the situation for foreigners in Myanmar currently?
