This movie from the very beginning had Ulimate cinemetogrophy. I know there was not one specialist but many. What a great film. Most newbies havn't seen it because it's a Disney movie. (When is the last time you saw Tron on cable?) Thanks to InfinitiLoopy for the hard work in uploading it and making it congruent. Did not miss a scene. As far as a remake its just horrifying. What exactly can U do better. Love Sci-Fi/ Fantasy flicks...this makes the top 5 in my book. bc

I was channel surfing today on Foxtel (Australian Pay Tv) and this was on so I watched the last 40 minutes or so, it brought back some good feelings as I loved this movie when I was a kid, haven't seen it in so many years but I still enjoyed it and I'm 35 now, some of those 80's movies stay with me, they need to stop remaking though as they lose the spirit of the original, it'd be the same if they remade Daryl or The Goonies they wouldn't have that same spirit, make something new guys

What a beautiful film - real classic from the 80s. I enjoyed Flight of the Navigator more than E.T. Joey Cramer showed brilliant acting. I loved character Max and his sense of humour. It was great to see amazing and so talented Veronica Cartwright.

They should have David as a rough troubled kid with a loving struggling single mom and little brother that looks up to him but he pushes away, suddenly transported in time to present time and is stuck in an institution for being human and for trying to save his now older brother who is in trouble.
