I'm losing weight, too....I had a lot of symptoms of heart failure at one point a few years ago....I think it was like, March, and the doc told me I weighed 290....but, now, I'm down to 250....shooting for 220

First off, you look amazing! And yes, we have had problems with our treadmill too. We have problems keeping the belt in the middle sometimes. It's pretty frustrating!

High levels of protein, moderate amount of cardio and carbs. Hit the weights hard, don't lift like a girl. I will tell you what I tell my daughter - Most people would pay a fortune to get were you are ALREADY. You look good now. Continued success! Go for it!

I think you look great in your bikini right now! All you need is confidence. Toning up wouldn't hurt though, right? That's what I keep telling myself, haha. Here's hoping that your treadmill is fixed soon.

Thank you so much! And you are 100% correct that I need confidence. I think my biggest problem is that I used to be in better shape than I am in right now...so I am being pretty hard on myself. I just need to work out consistently and tone like you said :)

And the treadmill guy did come out today and he is ordering new parts...which will take up to 10 days to get here...I just have to be patient (plus I have a gym membership so I cannot be too upset haha)!

At least you have the gym membership. If my treadmill were to break, I would be out of luck because I'm still not confident enough to go running outside, haha.

Lol this is true...running outside does take a lot of confidence!! At the same time...It's getting pretty hot outside...so it's important to protect yourself from heat stroke and all of the joys that accompany the hot weather! (As much as I love summer)!

And I loove watching your videos!! I am also so happy that we are experiencing our weight loss journeys together!! :D
