This is written by Billy Joe Shaver and is the title track of BJ's best known record. BJS wrote lots for Waylon & Willie and you'll hear them mention him if you're familiar with their work. And yep, they shore don't make music like this anymore. Although Whitey Morgan & the 78's are carrying on the sound and Shooter has it cornered in spite of what his critics say.
