Harmony is one of the most important voices to emerge in cinema since Goddard,Fellini,Herzog and even Tarantino. The style he has brought to cinema is something that truly has never been seen before, Gummo revolutionized the independent world of film that was emerging like weeds in the mid 90s with it's incredible originality,honesty and raw beauty. There has yet to be a film than can be considered a true cult film since, and the reason is precisely because his vision is that of a true artist.
