You are confused, and by the way it sounds you don't even know what capitalism is, but have the USSR communist view of capitalism being some evil where the rich are rewarded with government money to stomp on the poor. Capitalism is an entirely free market, free to go where it goes, and in capitalism, a government doesn't bail private industry out or tell it where to go.

In Britain our government has many socialist policies and we have a good healthcare system and education system. We have free university/college courses for all students no matter your age, free school meals and free elderly care homes. In fact the more Capitalist our country goes (privatising transport networks for example) the more problems we have. Capitalism doesnt work. Fact.

Establishment of religion is the important part here. The US government has no right to persurcute religous belief nor endorce it. "Under God" in the pledge, and "In God we trust" seams to me like endorceing religion.
