there is nothing special or nice about that top whatsoever. prison comes to mind when looking at it. and those big 'origami' things just make it look messy. and there is not even a schoolgirl look out of that outfit. its just blehjsbf. either wear that skirt with a plain pastel cardigan or a printed blouse but for the love of fashion lose that striped top!
