Yes in the manga Naruto discovers that he's the son of the 4th hokage , Minato Namikaze ! It's episode 440 and it's called "A CONVERSATION WITH THE 4TH " . However we already know who is parents are by the conversation between Tsunade and Jiraya ( in fact we ... fans ... confirmed our theory ) in the anime episode Naruto Shippuuden 216 . If you wanna watch just type it to google and you'll have the video in sime sites !

Naruto never saw his parents and he doen't even know if they're prowd of him . ... it must be very painful being always alone ... the most sad part is between chapter 80 and 90 where naruto is always asking jiraya to stay with him while training but jiraya tells him that he's not his father and that he has other things to do ( you must look how sad naruto was and just after that conversation he saw achild with his dead having fun ) imagine how painful must be it !

Minato is alos called Yondiame. His mother is a rain village ninja named Kushina but she died giving birth to Naruto due to a heart attack. Jiraiya is his godfather, yes, and Tsunade is his grandmother. I'm related to the creator of Naruto, and I asked him. Don't go calling me a liar when you don't know anything about me. The manga books aren't necessarily followig the same plot as the show episodes. Masashi even said he was changing the manga plot so it doesn't match the episodes.
