A good song and like was said before the subtitles at the end fit it, the timing is good and so is the emotion, a kind of drowsy self awareness lights it up.
Great concept, but I agree with the people who said it was too literal. The feel of the song nicely matches the feel of Cowboy Bebop, but you interrupt the cool vibe with silly and/or confusing imagery at several points. For instance, you don't need to show us pictures of ice cream whenever the song has the word "candy," and the "she" in the lyrics needs to match a love-interest in order to make sense here. Pictures of Ed & Faye are thus a no-no (unless you want to make this Spike/Faye or /Ed?)
i have really bad memories of this song, but seeing it paired with one of my favorite animes...i dunno, it kind of "cleanses" my feelings for it or something. im really glad you made it!! and even more glad i watched!

This song is total Cowboy Bebop style, I love it. Sex and Candy. Love how you put the scene from Cowboy Bebop where he tells Julia it's all a dream for when they start singing about a dream. And after that, you even got subtitles that said the words! lol.
I quite enjoyed this little AMV. I think the clips you used fit very nicely with the song. I think the song as a whole has an air about it that fits the series; kind of seductive, yet lax and somewhat creepy.
oh. p.s. do you know where i can find bebop with subs? i just re-watched some of it but it was in english. i like the dub version and everything (they did damn good for an anime) but i wanna watch some in japanese again.. let me know. thanks!
well you seem to be getting some mixed feedback on this. i happened to really like it. you didn't rush the moments but you didn't drag it out either. [as read below] i also think that bebop has a lot of strange undertones that work well with it. this may not be the perfect one, but you made it work really well. good job. i really liked it. people on these sites need to follow the golden rule: if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.

well you must not be that in tune with your inner cowboy. I like marcy playground but I also like cowboy bebop. but its like mixing iceCream and piZZa, both are good one of course much better than the other but together its just horrid. and such as with south africa and such as and world peace and stuff. but seriously if I see something like this again you Bebop amv license WIL BE REVOKED!
Props to you because the song is great for the anime, but the concept of an AMV isn't to match every single scene with the words. It's supposed to tell a story, and it's not very clear with this one.
If I were to do this one then I'd focus on the Julia-Spike-Vicious relationship. Faye has nothing to do with it, but you put tons of clips on her.
cowboy bebop is always a good anime to watch no matter how you feeling the music picks you up and the story line is pretty good as well. I wish that they didn't kill spike but that couldn't be stopped i guess.
