It's just a d minor chord (pulling off the A to an open G in rhythm), and changing the bass note to F and A. Then there's a little G major part after the chorus. The ending is Dmaj7, F# minor, E major, and E major with a B bass note.

ive almost got this song sussed out, i just need to figure out the last part after the second bridge, not long now :) id say its pretty close to exact as the album version.
