Wow! I ordered 3 pairs of ring leader earrings two months ago from blackonyxworld and it ending up being a total disaster! I was very disappointed in the overall quality of the earrings. I received two pairs of earring that were different sizes. One pair of earrings were made with the left being smaller than the right earring.

I also purchased the other pair in a large. I received a medium instead (not to mention I paid extra for the large). I also received two pairs of earrings that were made with an altered design or different kinds of material than what was pictured and advertised on the website.

I also received my shipment in a month. A whole month! On their website, it says for Nyamani Chic purchases, items will be shipped out 1-6 days after payment. Wow! Again, I received my purchase in a month. Lol… I emailed customer service numerous times about the statues of my shipment. It took them a week to respond. Are you joking? Is this a real business?

I was just blown away with the overall quality, lack of professionalism and obliviousness. I was very disappointed and immediately returned the earrings and received a refund. If I were you, I would be very cautious when ordering from blackonyxworld. It is not worth the headache and the energy.
