He doesn't drop a perk, or a wunderwaffe, he's only gone for one round, and he only walks off, he takes no physical damage. It's a PaP effect of the gun. and it doesn't have to be in the head.

@djhes i have an idea, look at where he died. i VR-11ed him at the exact same position and he did the exact same thing. i think having an attack on him in that position glitches him up.

When I was playing solo I have experienced something similar but not the same. I did not even hit george with any weapon, and he froze, couldnt move but physically in between the ship and the spawning point. I think you just happened to get George in the weird glitch when you killed him.
I have done this glitch many times before. Sadly, it has been patched. It happens when George gets mad, then dies before he calms down in the water. This glitch was mine for a while, but obviously I am not the only one who knew of this. There is your explanation.
This happened to me today! Except we were spraying with mustang and sally, ray guns, and ak74u But instead he was just standing by th revive soda, didnt get a perk or nothing just frozen like he is now
There was this one time wen george was just staring at the rock in the little cave and wouldnt move even if i went up to him he wouldnt do nothing he was just facing his light towards the hole where the zombies come out of....
i think george was just glitched up badly because at 1:23 he ran at you without stopping, turning zombiefied, or screaming. he was just completely messed up.

Yo Djhes there is a glitch to freeze romero if he is too annoying. you can search it up on youtube you need the Vr11 and you just shoot him 3 times with it beside the power room. its super easy.

My friend waz playing and didn't see romero in a while.. so he went and looked 4 him and found him by the cave and stairs just standing their he was still blue too
that happend to me also! on the 360 on the way to the easter egg rock on the boat he got stuck in the hallway with that same animation as he is in your video. He was just standing still and then my friend pissed him off and he ruined it
@Missle636 you can, but it doesnt "kill" him, he goes away for a couple rounds, the difference is you dont get a drop (a perk and a wunderwaffe) when you "kill" him with the vr-11
it glitched out because when you killed Romero the Pack-a-Punch appeared so must've lagged him out

that happend to me also! on the 360 on the way to the easter egg rock on the boat he got stuck in the hallway with that same animation as he is in your video. He was just standing still and then my friend pissed him off and he ruined it

@Missle636 you can, but it doesnt "kill" him, he goes away for a couple rounds, the difference is you dont get a drop (a perk and a wunderwaffe) when you "kill" him with the vr-11
