The Wayne Lifeguard was the best conventional school bus ever made, and I miss the Wayne I was on a couple years ago. Now I have a shitty '93 Bluebird. The Waynes were the best, and now they are becoming very rare.

@MegaSlickdude Without a doubt, that is a late 80s Wayne Lifeguard/Chevrolet. The Lifeguard by Wayne has always been my favorite bus of all time. I rode them for several years up until '08. They are pretty noisy, but I love both the interior and exterior. They were really high-quality buses. Even though I know Blue Bird is nice, I think Wayne was way better.

my school district had almost the whole fleet composed of 3800 DE433E (i think) but they replaced almost all of them with something similar to 2:54. There are also 1 or 2 of the busses at 2:57. There are also 3 of the classic Thomas Built Freightliners but those are only backups. The old old GMC minibus I'm on may end up being replaced at the end of this year by a new Collins E450 superduty, as the other 2 minibuses in the district have that. Nice video!
