The relationship between ravens/crows & wolves has been well establishes & documented. I tried to post a link to some great resource material but youtube wouldn't allow it. Just google,it's out there. This feathered friend probably sees your dog as a wolf. It's fascinating how they work together in the wild & I'm sure in your home. :) Sentstuff is just a moron who obviously knows nothing about animal behaviour.
the crow was doing that becaus eit was hungry hahah thats what they do when they want to be fed haha try feeding it some like cheewed up meats hahah it will like it or like chewed up stuff haha haha long as the dog doesn teat it firts hahah
I think it's a crow, just based on the beak size/shape, ravens beaks are larger/chunkier than that. Crows are also very intelligent, even if this one seems to think the dog is going to feed him hehe.
Crow is very intelligent bird !! it is said so in asian indian culture since ages.Good to know tht u didnt cage it. do u release him/her outside in open or just at home? funny !! even science is now proving this.
That is a baby raven...you can tell because the inside of it's mouth is pink. It's likely that it had to leave the nest early because the parents disappeared for some reason, and the raven sees your dog as a surrogate. Ravens are very intelligent birds, the largest songbird, and mimic very well.
Yeah I actually didn't know they were capable of mimicry, although I did know about their amazing intellegence until I saw a video on here where a crow says "Hi, joe!"
Too bad I wouldn't be so selfish as to keep one in captivity.
Dog: Close your mouth, please.

He is definitely begging the dog to feed him; the bird sees the dog as a surrogate parent.
