This is a good song but i don't find it so hard for freddie to sing... freddie sung "the show must go on" in one take, i think he would sing this song easily too...
@nikican In fact, when Brian was asked about that in his Soapbox he said Rog never brought it to the table as a potential Queen song. In fact, Brian said he didn't think he'd ever heard the song.
who else thinks that vocal bit from 10 seconds, sounds like the melody to 'these are the days of our lives' off Innuendo?? possibly redeveloped into 'days of our lives?

this song describes to me that roger taylor is blaming freddie for having aids, like having sex with someone whos got aid. correct me if im wrong or not. But it's a good song. I got it from amazon and its cheap and quick.
lost time. let loose, you can find only the first one (too pop for my taste) wich is still on print. mad bad adn blue rock are deleted from several years, and reach 60 euro on ebay every time, on cd.from a queen collector, it s not well worth.
the cross were a great band, seen em twice, brilliant, roger is a good guitarist and singer, and best of all for all you queen fans, he was happy to sit and chat after the gig.
One of the best Cross's songs, didnt knew that Roger had wrote this for Queen, and I dont think that Freddie would sing this...he didn't had that political sense as Roger.
Yip, the song was written by Roger, and it was intended to b used on Queen's Innuendo album, but John Deacon was against having it on the album, as it was to uncomfortable for Freddie.
dont believe for a minute that song was written for queen, it was definately written for the cross album blue rock album, doesnt fit in with anything queen were doing at the time.
if u knew anything about them at all...u wud know tht Roger had written this song for the Innuendo Album, But John was against havin it on the album, as it was too uncomfortable for Freddie
great song by great band. Keep on rockin roger!

@TaylorMayed07 - where is your evidence that this was meant for Innuendo?
nikican 1 year ago
@nikican I agree, I keep seeing people posting that it was meant as a Queen song but Ive never, heard or read that.

Rumours say it was planned for Innuendo but John thought it was so hard for Freddie and therefore Roger used it for Blue Rock :)
