thanks redke! i'm almost there...but just got news from the dr to take it easy cause i'm starting to tear the scar tissue :( don't know how well that'll go though! lol

Well you did so many advanced moves in that you would never believe you were ever injured! so strong!........... infact there so many advanced moves I'm trying to figure out which move it could've been to cause your injury......

thanks so much! I tore my abdominal wall open and hernatied after my mommy belly stuck (I had sticky stuff on it) on a knee tuck spin..my legs came around the pole and down to the ground, but my belly stayed on the other side of the pole! eek! total freak accident
