The plastic portion came with the body and the LEDs were all custom.

I got it from Parma. It's 1/10 Chevy Caprice - Clear Body - #10168 it's on shoptron dot com.

(this body has a clear lightbar)

But you have to come up with flashing LEDS to throw in it.

Decals where made with adobe illustrator, a laser printer, sticker paper, and some clear vinyl.(lamination sheets from staples)

Seriously there was a lot of home brew stuff that went into it. It was a pain!

Yeah I is the regular... and I painted the center black... there are about 8 LEDs in each side.
