Even some people may not want Master Gundam (which I don't know why anyone would think that way), I'd recommend starting the Shin Getter event anyways. Personally, I think King Gol is the scariest boss of this entire game.
I unfortunately decided to forgo Master Gundam because I was doing Shuffles only. Master Asia is not one of the Shuffle Alliance (at least during the events of G Gundam as far as I remember), so yeah.
