  • very fascinating and enlightening video! Kudos to you, sir.

  • Why am i here?....

    Lol

  • If you were offered a billion dollars to have sex with the same sex (and no one else would know), would you? Most people would think about it. I'm guessing many would go for it. This means that in spite of preference, some people can choose to override their biological preference for a higher-level preference, be it greed, boredom, curiosity, sexual depravity, etc. So I think the term bi-sexual is probably a misnomer.

  • From 18:00 Stef seems really nervous and uncomfortable. LOL!!

    A very good video tho!

Good job at the end :-)

  • What about twin studies?

  • Comment removed

  • Great post, but I'd be interested in your perspective on bisexuality.

  • I agree!

  • Excellent video. Really enjoyed it. Well articulated sir.

  • I hate how everything is made for the right hand man

I'm black, gay, and a lefty!!!!

    Talk about your underdog lmao

  • well you're not a muslim or an immigrant.

  • That's all so interesting but then if that is all true, than what about people who are bi or asexual, or PANsexual? Also does that mean that it works like that for third genders as well. The whole idea is confusing. I think we are all born with our sexuality, its not a choice but there isn't just gay, straight and lesbian so how exactly are the other ones created? Gah, now my brain hurts!

  • I notice alot of people leaving comments on bi-sexuality.

I honestly believe that we are all in some way bi, just some are more bi then others. Yes that does include females and males and when I said more bi, I mean those who are actually willing to try, and are curious enough to go ahead and give it try.

  • @phreecfrancis YES I support your cause!

  • I don't have a problem with homosexuality but a lot of the Gay Pride Movement revolves around Positive Rights and Statism...

  • That's very true of course, but what major movement does not?

  • @stefbot that is true

  • As an atheist, you would make remarks about the primitiveness of religion. This is an obvious lack of acceptance, but not neccesarity a lack of tolerance. I believe in a possibility that there is a lack of acceptence of homosexuality due to it's threat on the concept of 'traditional family' being the building block of a 'societal family' which would create a world less negative. For one to believe this doesn't guarantee a lack of tolerance.

  • i disagree... everyone i know who are homophobic dont have any real rational behind it, other than its disgusting its not right, its not natural, god made adam and eve not adam and steve.

  • Fairy tales are no justification for bigotry my friend...

  • Why Stef, why! why must you bring me back to my 5 month old post ... poor... sentence.. structure... must... explode brain :) It was meant to be a comment on the irrational justifications that people use to discriminate on the basis of sexuality, but it came out all wrong.

  • Because incest is socially unacceptable, we naturaly aren't going to be turned on by our siblings. But if we take it upon ourself to ignore that socail value, then incest is much more probable. This same concept could be applied to homosexaulity.

  • @didles123 Can you clarify what you mean please?

  • I'm also disapointed that you never looked at bisexuality. Does it fit into the nooks of your biological evidence of homosexuality or is it simply phsycological response to victimize oneself (or anything in that nature)

  • Also, if you look to the sexual revolution of the 60s, contrasting post- and pre- behavior, there is a significant difference in responce to sexual behaviour. Now-a-days we find it common to hear one say 'Well, teenagers are going to have sex and it can't be helped' were as there was a time where it wasn't even an issue because it wasn't advertised so much.

  • He was talking about sexual preference and not behavior. How a man start to see another man attrative physically. It's the amount of testerones inject in the foetus. Furthemore he was talking about a biology book and not about all the cultural aspect of sex. It isn't black or white because it hard to tell how much hormone it take to fully develope the sexual preference. Maybe bisexual have the 50/50 dose to it.

  • Some of your points seem to contradict a bit. At the begining you suggest that homosexual tendency is not a yes or no but a curve, then you take a study that says the differences are significant. What happened then to those who were borderline on your curve? Does it just have a gap or something?

  • Wonderful video as always.

  • I believe some objectivists dislike this account since it seems to suggest the existence of innate ideas. However, I don't think this really requires innate ideas anymore than a proven tendency to like chocolate would. There is a complicated interactivity that predisposes the brain to develope its ideas and tastes in a certain way.

  • Thank you for another amazing video.

  • Is it just me or is the audio/video quality of this awesome!? Maybe it's the sunlight..
