  • i wonder if u have to go to the toilet after :)

  • whats the best size pot/container/bucket for a scotch bonnet?

mine are in a 6" container atm and i can see the roots touching nearly half way up side of the pot so probably need moving to there final pots in a couple of weeks there also just started to grow flower buds

    thanks

  • a lot if people say they are "the king of heat" but im pretty sure your the king of heat

  • Judging by the looks of the pods it appears to be more closely related to the Habanero than the Bonnet. Just my observation.

  • these are greattt and 1 too grow yea, but they all are lol and as ya know, once start with 1 or 2 turns to 10 then More :D takes a while but just got to know what want then get and grow YAY.. Once ya get over the burn part, the tastes come out more so im lucky now as get to appreciate the taste rather than hang on and Burn

    take care mate

  • I really like this pepper... it looks so tasty and beautiful... *drools*

I can't wait until I start growing more varieties next year, and try as many different peppers as possible! You're one lucky guy, Neil, a real connoisseur! You probably have a palette about as developed as that of a wine tester, lucky you, lol.

  • that looks like a yellow habanero kinda bet there similar habaneros are $7.99 per pound i wish there less me and my friends ate a 1/4 a piece me and doug were fine but my black friend was running around about to cry tyler's glasses were foggy and he was running to the water fountian LOL it was nice

  • yea similar to a yellow and similar heat bummer ya didnt vid it, hahahaha fogging glass's :D i know that 1 well and also seen people run around, now thats funny. catch ya

  • Andrew won't do another choc hab and i ended up in fetal positon out front of a service station after not eating before 2 of them,, The Yellows my Fav hab not as Hot but great taste.. yessss vid the scorpbonnet thing :D coool

    take care mate

  • They look awsome. I'm no expert but this year I've planted some Scotch bonnets and Habaneros as well as Cayenne and Jalapeno. Cant wait for them to produce some fruit. I got the seeds from fruit which were store bought. Cant say exactly what kind of scotch bonnet or habs but I'll do a vid when there is some fruit :) Right now they are only about 10cm tall - the plants.

  • they are great, great selection ya got going and its all just a learning thing but heaps fun watching them grow, can't wait for the testing now :D goood things take time.. will have to keep up with progress too,, cheers

  • That is one beautiful pepper..... dammit man......

  • Nice 1 Neil u saved me some research,

about 2 weeks ago i got 120 different types of chili seeds,

i was stumped at what Burkina ment but now i know ^^ so thx for that.

also i think u might be a bit immune to chilis now as i some of your latest vids u eat 2 rather than 1,

u need to go back to a naga or a bhut though im not sure u would eat 2 :) but then again maybe:)

im still awaiting some nagalemon, but if i get some will see if quaretine will let em get through to u

    all the best m8

    Rob

  • No Probs Rob

thats what im here for and yes the tolerances are a touch high, and its usually 2 naga's r 7 pods with dinner now to get the right hit, but to do 2 on vid be bad as people just bang in habs now thinking its Ok and its sort of not if not use too,, its heaps cool though all the vids of people having a go now, seeds :D in a lil sachet folded in an A4 bit of paper sent like a Letter usually gets there (ive had no drama's) sounds great i have a few too can pop over

    catch ya

  • Awesome videos m8, really looking forward to seeing your next one...

  • Thanks mate, glad ya enjoy them

still a few chillis left this season so YAY

    cheers

  • i might try one of these. where did you get the seeds?

  • where'd i get?, From a 1 legged midget goat hearder in Mali called Zhur ages ago

dunno where he's got to (hearding his goats id say) But Ill prob have on my site in a month or so.. usually don't put the new chilli's on sale till all tested and then they ready for the Aussie's next season

but people can always email and get if i have any as with all the 1's tested
