  • WOO SUOMI FINLAND!

  • Why do I get the feeling that the lawyers for the company that released this DVD thought: "Hmmm, that Titanic joke might be a bit soon"

  • Suomi is actually awesome!

  • tar mcadam

  • urgh why was that line so stupid damn !

  • @SuperGoldenPony its like saying the atoms have blossomed

  • @kayanathera Oh yeah, thanks I understand what it means, it's more like "why did there have to be such a stupid line in the movies world, it makes me trust less in humanity"

  • That is the PERFECT description of "2012" hahahaha

  • Well, since the neutrinos can surpass the speed of light, who knows what the electrons are capable of!

  • Did only the nerds get the "the neutrinos have mutated"? Cuz it had me in stitched and I was wondering if that makes me a nerd :)

  • @Enleuk well, i got it... but then, i am an A* physics student who loves star trek, lord of the rings and star wars...

  • @rachelisinsane I am also a fan of lotr and physics, but when it comes to sci-fi its 2001: a space odyssey and other stuff that appeals to me. does that make me more or less nerdy compared to you...?

  • Hmoob is my Suomi.

  • My, those two kids are definitely a pain in the ass..

  • is the kid's footage on the DVD extras?

  • @kbtreturns Most likely not

  • To the kid recording this illegally: Put that footage on youtube lol

  • randomly clicked on part 6 in my recomend bar. Had to come back for a the whole 2012 joke.

  • britain is england, scotland and wales

whereas the united kingdom is england, scotland, wales and northern ireland

  • @xjxoxcx the other way round

  • 07:44 Cameraman both not doing his job, AND doing it

  • 1 person just had to be different.

  • flavor changing neutrinos, yum

  • The electrons.. Are ANGRY! :L -3

  • Suomi is just English but without the piracy warnings. It's brilliant.

  • @ToyletGnome cheers.

  • @ToyletGnome Er, Suomi is the Finnish Language...Jus' Sayin'

  • @johnti90 I know that. Maybe it just happens in Australia but when I click on Suomi everything's still in English just without that screen that comes up for 5 minutes warning you about piracy that you can't skip. It's weird, but whatever.

  • im certain carpet munching and tooth paste dont mix, every got some thing minty on any sensitive area you'll know

  • OMG Dara is just pure gold, isn't he?!?

  • I am legend is on TV right now!

  • Wow, some people are stupid

  • Best argument against piracy ever!

  • The PIxie Gaga Boots?

  • "The electrons... are angry" needs to be made into a t-shirt or something.

  • @CullTheLivingFlower I call for an app: "Angry electrons"

  • @CullTheLivingFlower well only people who seen this show will get it

  • he jumps up and down...rofl!!!

  • The Electrons are Angry. O_O

  • 2012 was the funnies movie ever! :D

  • pardon me, not superonlinecinemas comment. the other guys comment=)

  • I too find it stupid when films or any TV program uses "Techy" words that they don't understand... EG: CSI: Miami. "Ill make a GUI interface using visual basic, try and track an IP address". GUI = Graphical User Interface. How can an interface (Or interface interface as the show basically called it) track an IP address?

  • You people need to stop arguing Northan Ireland is part of the United Kingdom, I should know cause I live in England, and things like x factor and Britain got talent , with there stupid when a trip to the live show thingy always include northan Ireland in countries that are allowed to enter the prize winning thing.

  • @26pianolover ... But Ireland isn't? Northern Ireland is the name given to six counties in the land of Ireland that are part of the United Kingdom. The rest of Ireland is not. And you'd think that your English would be better if you're from England...

  • He is so right about the 3D film thing lol, I swear all 3D does is give me a headache. I'll only be impressed by 3D if it is like a hologram from star wars and that you don't have to wear to damn glasses

  • awesome he even mentions spotify =)

  • If I ever have a kid and I get asked those questions in a session, I'm so putting my hand up.

  • Lmao Florance and her mechanics!

  • go on english people worship the irish man

  • @ross21085weed i don't feel guilty about that, because im 3/4 english, 1/4 irish

  • @SirrSnowman How exactly is your nationality split into quarters please?

  • @jnrmluver irish grandad

  • @SirrSnowman I'm pretty sure that doesn't count :/

  • @jnrmluver Wrong.

  • @nilbud What?

  • Soumi is Finnish for Finnish.....

  • 7:50 that will be a plesent supprise when he gets the DVD

  • Ok. Lets clear this up. Britain is the large island that contains England, Scotland and Wales, as well as surrounding small islands such as Wight.

The UK is England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

The British Isles is the whole thing including the ROI.

  • My geneological background is English, Scottish and Irish. It's all smoke and mirrors, really. We all evolved from the same monkey when it comes down to it, lol.

  • @cardwitch91 you mean the missing link. we've all evolved from the missing link, resulting us in being close in genetic makeup as monkeys

  • @lephong So? All life evolved from bacteria - and no need to take my comment seriously. :p

  • @cardwitch91 it's just that some people truly have the misconception that we truly came from monkeys, and i wanted there to be clarification on the facts. i'm not slamming you or anything. just stating facts

  • @lephong Good for you but this doesn't really matter on a Dara O'Briain video, does it? I am pefectly aware of the "missing link".

  • @cardwitch91 look, i'm sorry if u were offended, but i was just making a statement. can we just move on

  • @lephong Of course we can 'move on'. You were the one who kept on about it, lol!

And I wasn't offended, just taken by surprise. :p

  • irish comedians are awesome!

Dylan Moran, Ed byrne and this fellow

  • This guy's my new favourite, he would be awesome at "things you don't wan't to see" on Mock The Week.

  • "too much stuff, and often the same stuff over and over again".. TOO RIGHT... think i watched this show 5 times now >_>

  • @josef4buzu Almost...

Great Britain is the name of the island which Scotland England and Wales are on.

The United Kingdom is Great Britain plus Northern Ireland

Therefore the Republic of Ireland (where Dara was born) is not part of Britain or the UK, and Dara is not British

    End of.

  • @sinsneedles Ahh, but Ireland the land mass is part of the british isles, so he is not british but he is a briton

  • @imanidiot42 Touche...

  • florence and the mechanics lol

  • sounds like his arse is quite knowledgeable

  • one person is an electron. and they're angry...

  • britain=england,wales,scotland

    united kingdom=england,wales,scotland and northern ireland

and then there is the republic of ireland i.e. sout of ireland.

    end of!

  • 07:45 was my favourite second in this video.

  • @wormyrug That is me filming!! Still have the footage!

  • the electrons are angry :d

  • Who brings their 14 year old son to see a show like this and then let's them video tape it?!

  • @Hakkai87 *Cough* Irish *Cough*

  • @Cripple219660 no he isnt he is Irish...

  • @chickflickaddict91 He was born in Bray. In Wicklow. In Ireland. <--- Irish.

  • @AbsoluteLedgend Ya... Thats what I was saying??? I was saying "no he isnt (British) he's Irish"...????

  • @chickflickaddict91 Oh! I'm sorry, I mis read what you had written. Apologies :)

  • @AbsoluteLedgend Hahaha ya I thought so! Its Grand! :)

  • @Cripple219660 no great britain is the geographical island containing England Scotland and Wales

  • @Cripple219660 Dara was born in Ireland. People born in Ireland are Irish. How is that so hard to understand?

  • @SuperOnlineCinema The countries of England, Wales and Scotland make up Great Britain. The formal name of the UK is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. The Irish are therefore not British.

  • @songstress42 It depends whether it's Northern Ireland or Ireland. Have you not noticed the past 30 or so years of the IRA bombings?

  • @SuperOnlineCinema I am fully aware. I made an honest mistake...

  • @SuperOnlineCinema And he was born in Britain. People born in Britain are British. And he was born in Europe. People born in Europe are European. HOw is that so hard to understand?

  • @WalterLiddy He was born on the 4th February 1972 in Bray, County Wicklow, Republic of Ireland.

Got that now stupid? Has that registered in your tiny head?

  • @SuperOnlineCinema yeah, he has said he's from nothern ireland, brittish, the united kingdom

  • @goth9ever listen to his accent! Not from the north of Ireland!

  • @SuperOnlineCinema He may just misunderstand the concept of the UK, which works more like the US's states many years ago. Where yes you are American, but you would still be called a Virginian, Texan, etc before you would be called an American

  • @SuperOnlineCinema According to Americans, there are only like 4 fucking countries.

  • @SuperOnlineCinema Ireland is a part of Great Britain...

  • @TehMegaSnakeFan Northern Ireland is; Republic of Ireland isn't.

  • @BradleySherwoodFan No. All of Ireland is part of Great Britain. But only Northern Ireland is part of the U.K

  • @TehMegaSnakeFan We're both wrong, I think. Great Britain is England, Scotland and Wales; Ireland is part of the British Isles; and my previous comment refers to the United Kingdom.

    I think...? :/ Haha.

  • @BradleySherwoodFan Fuck it who cares, Let's just enjoy the comedy :L

  • @TehMegaSnakeFan Haha, quite! Anyway, I think pretty much everyone thinks of "United Kingdom", "Great Britain" and "British Isles" as pretty much the same thing. Unless they are unbelievably PC. (Fuck PC!)

  • @BradleySherwoodFan Ah! Nice reference! To be honest, I think of myself as Scottish so i couldn't care less about "Britain" :L

  • @TehMegaSnakeFan :D Thank you! I'm half-English, half-Welsh, so I've got a raw deal anyway...

  • @SuperOnlineCinema

People who's got Irish passport are Irish. If Dara had British passport, he'd be British. And it doesn't matter where you were born. But technically speaking - yes, anyway he'd be Irish. I think sometimes people don't understand difference between ETHNICITY and NATIONALITY. And some of them don't even know GEOGRAPHY! If they think that the Ireland is the part of the UK. And especially part of Great Britain!

  • @Cripple219660

Great Britain = the name for the island on which England, Scotland and Wales are situated.

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland = Sovereign state.

Dara was born in Ireland, which has nothing to do with either of those.

  • @Cripple219660

    Only Northern Ireland.

  • @Cripple219660 born and bred in Ireland!

  • @Cripple219660

    Great Britain is England

United Kingdom is England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

Dara is from the Republic of Ireland

  • @Cripple219660 fuckin eegit

  • @Cripple219660 You little chump.

  • @SuperOnlineCinema Oh my God I'm an idiot!! I have shamed my Irish heritage...

  • @SuperOnlineCinema Irish is British. Atleast the Ireland he is from

  • @jarvinator100 no, that's not right at all, irish is not british. If you don't know, there was a bit of a scuffle about that for roughly eight hundred years and in the end, 3/4 of the country said ''fuck back to england, sasanaigh'' lol and also he isn't from the 1/4 that stayed in the UK, he's from Co. Wicklow so you're kind of completely talking shit, but never mind, i'm sure mammy still loves you

  • @DaraOBriainfan45 your such a dumb cunt maybe you should actually learn what britain consists of before you spea. now know your role and shut your mouth

  • @jarvinator100 Britain= Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland. He is from the Republic of Ireland. You are a genuinely retarded person aren't you? Stop talking shit and chill the fuck out. ''Know your role and shut your mouth''? Are you fucking serious?

  • @DaraOBriainfan45 No! UK = Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland. Britain is the bit without Northern Ireland. Have you not studied Geography?

  • @DaraOBriainfan45 wow how wrong you are you may leave now.

  • @SuperOnlineCinema he's still British, it's when people say 'British accent' it's annoying

  • @SuperOnlineCinema *Cough* Doesn't mention Americans at any point in this gig *Cough*

Fuck me, that was a long cough!

  • @92unitedfan92 LOL

    PS: GGMU <3 :D

  • @92unitedfan92 Maybe because he's speaking to a United Kingdom audience. Just food for thought.

  • @logansrun1980 my comment was based on superonlinecinemas comment about how he loves how british comedians portray americans. im sure u have a point about WHY dara doesn't mention americans, but my comment isn't about that. i simply pointed out how misplaced superonlinecinemas comment was.

  • @SuperOnlineCinema Ireland is in Britain isn't it? or is that the United Kingdom?

  • @FreekinEkin2 Six counties of Ireland are in the UK, not Britain, but the Republic of Ireland is not.

  • @jnrmluver Sorry, most English folk think Britain and UK mean the same thing, I knew their was a difference, but I didn't know how specific the difference was.

  • @FreekinEkin2 About as specific as the difference between there and their.

  • @FreekinEkin2

Britain and the UK ARE the same thing.

The Republic of Ireland is apart of neither!

    Stay in school!

  • @MachG13 What about the British Isles?

  • @Solensherre That is not a term used anymore. It is now The United Kingdom & Ireland.

How can they be called the British Isles when one of them is not Britannia? It's Hibernia you uneducated pleb!

  • @MachG13 I may be an uneducated pleb regarding common usage, but technically the British Isles is still and can still be used to describe all of the UK and Ireland(as wellas the Isle of Man, etc). If you want to be etymological, Britannia excluded Scotland. Britain itself is usually not technically inclusive of Ireland, but seeing that FreekingEkin2 commented on the use of British, then yes, Ireland is still part of the British Isles and may still be referred to as British in origin.

  • @Solensherre No....it cannot. Learn your history! The term British Isles derived from an oppressive occupation ofIreland. One that no longer exists!

  • @MachG13 Sorry mate, I did some more accurate checking up on the issue, and I agree completely. I was wrong, you are right.

  • @Solensherre I appreciate the fact that you are pandering to my argument here, but it's nice to see someone argue on youtube with accurate spelling and grammar!

  • @SuperOnlineCinema Ireland is part of the British Isles last I checked o.O

  • @SuperOnlineCinema british counts as irish because it's a part of great britan

  • @callumsimmons Ireland isn't part of great britain. GB is just the island of Britain - England, Scotland and Wales. Ireland is a whole seperate country.

  • @SuperOnlineCinema Britain = England, Scotland, Whales AND Ireland. So he is actually British... :3

  • @Hakkai87

I love to watch Americans commentate and see how they portray ignorance!

    jk

  • @Hakkai87 How the fuck dose he sound English?

  • @Hakkai87 fail... dara is irish...

  • @2007words Ireland is in Britain, so he didn't ACTUALLY fail :3

  • @Urchino1337 I apologise, he was born in the Republic of Ireland, which isn't in Britain xD

  • @Urchino1337 Yeah i'm glad you corrected yourself :P But even N. Ireland isn't part of Britain, since geographically, Britain is the island of Great Britain which includes mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

  • Dara pwning hipsters FTW!

  • The electrons... are angry!

  • The electrons.... are angry!

I'm using that line from now on, whenever someone says something stupid.

  • i love how at 7:45 they are videoing the guy videoing

  • @MB0016 yo dawg, I heard you like videoing, so we videoed a video of you videoing, so now you can video a video of you videoing while you video.

  • @Naeddyr

Why didn't you say so in the bloody first place! Always remember to accompany a joke with an extended and impenetrably technical explanation indicating that a joke has been made, particularly when it involves Finnish phonomorphological history ;]

  • @Naeddyr Your linguistics make me smile. Brofist.

  • So clearly the language options in Europe are more interesting. In the US we get Spanish and/or French.

  • how can he say ANYTHING bad about i am legend, i honestly would watch the film countless times and nothing else, it is amazing

  • he is so rite aboot 3d it is useless

  • "You had to HAVE a man after midnight, then you could talk about guilt" hahahahahahaha

  • Wow, Dara made me want to watch "2012"... :-)

  • the neutrons are angry

    i want that on a t-shirt :D

  • lol his nose squeaked when he inhaled
