  • Sooooo wicked mate. Goung to improvise on your invention.

  • Peace be upon you

Thank you so much but I'ld like ask ,Does Blaspk damage to plant

  • Very nice!

  • I tip my hat to you sir......

  • could you substitute pumice stone for the ceramic pebbles in the filter bed?

  • EXCELLENT short video & CLEAR DRAWINGS to explain how to do it at home if we want to.... it is so rare!!

Thank you for sharing with us :)

    Florence

  • @ouhouhcflo

By drawings, I meant "instructions plans"...sorry I m french and don't find always the right word :)

  • very ingenious and you save space

  • Do you think it might be more beneficial to spray paint over the black paint with a white coating after? Might help with passive over heating (if that's ever an issue, I could see it being a problem on a really hot sunny day) and also help with reflection (more light to the plants).

From my experiences it's always to heat the water than it is to cool it so I always paint everything reflective colors and if I need heat I just toss a small aquarium heater into the system.

    Great job man!

  • fantastic! ill be makeing one soon when i can collectr enough bottles.

  • awesome invention

    good job

  • Awesome videos and great job. But where are the fish?? :-) I also like your blog.

  • Add some ammonia to the water in the bottles I think

    to stop algae

  • @nigelrocker This particular system is connected to his Aquaponics system so he doesn't need to worry about that. The fish produce ammonia naturally.

  • I would like the next video... how did it work?

  • I am wondering why the black paint on the bottoms is needed? Just to look nice (which it does) or another purpose related to the growing of the plants or bacteria?

What did you do to get the flow across the top to be equal through each pipe?

  • @dyllos7 I am thinking that he was trying to stop the algae that will grow if light is on the bottles. Great Idea in any case. Looks good!

  • you deserve more views for this, one of the more impressive vertical bottle gardens I've seen! <3 nice!

  • I should have waited for the end of the video and read what it was lol.

  • now I really like this man. what is the black surrounding around the bottles. Are they just painted?

  • @SCGoodOlBoy

    Obviously...just look at the video

  • if you are growing with aquaponics I wonder how long before your lines plug up. It is a nice system to look at and looks like it works well in the beginning stages however as the plant grows in the root systems get larger I feel you'll get some problems.keep up the good work

  • @rickyeon

His tubes are way too big to plug up.

Also, herbs do not grow that many and big roots.
