How on earth do we come about the conclusion that Israel should be a Jewish homeland? if one looks at the facts it is obvious that the arabs who fought along side the allies in World War 1 were stabbed in the back. The Jews, especially the ones who died in WW2, had nothing to do with its formation.

Israel certainly has a right to defend itself, but no state has the right to "defend" occupied territories. When the World Court condemned Israel's "separation wall," even a US Justice, Judge Buergenthal, declared that any part of it built to defend Israeli settlements is "ipso facto in violation of international humanitarian law," because the settlements themselves are illegal.

Actually the Arabs have controlled the region for over 800 years. The people invading with military force post WW2 are Europeans, Russians and Americans who have a nostalgic tenuous connection to the region in there religious text (The Bible).

Israel is punishing and choking off an entire group of people - after having first robbed the Palesinean people of their land. There is no justifying their actions. Any talk of bible or koran should be left out of this. It's a simple matter of right and wrong and putting aside ego/self-interest in order to finally achieve a peaceful solution both sides can live with. And no, I am not defending violence from either side.

It is not contary to international law to capture territory though self-defense. That's how Germany lost territory after the world wars.
When a nation denies a country's right to exist it violates the UN Charter. There are many nation-states from Japan and Mongolia to Italy and Ireland. Why are you only calling the Jewish state "ethnocratic"? And sold land isn't stolen land.
The PLO did accept 242 in 1993, but the current illegal Palestinian government doesn't accept it.

It is against international to capture territory in war. I recommend you study international law, especially regarding the use of force. As Finklestein notes, even Israeli foreign Minister Schlomo Ben-Ami states three times in his most recent book that it is inadmissible to acquire land through war.
Israel = ethnocratic because it favors one race only. Can a Palestinian civilian of Israel go and live in one of these settlements in the West Bank.

Palestinians did not sell the whole of Palestine - they sold small portions of the land, disproportionate to how much land was proposed to be given to the Zions under the UN Partition Plan of 1947.

The Jews got more land because they were more spread out. Much of their land included the Negev Desert. The Arabs got more land than the Jews in the 1937 plan but they still opposed it. Arab leaders opposed any Jewish state no matter the size.
Israelis aren't being deported to settlments, so Geneva doesn't apply. Is it illegal for Poles and Russians to move to former German territory? Check out the Prof. Stone article I posted.

UN R242 states the 'inadmisbility of the acquisition of territory by war'. This was decades after Britain and France took German colonies after WW1.
Sure enough the Israeli government isnt "deporting" its citizens to move to the OPT, but it certainly is financially inducing them to. You are ignoring the essence of the Geneva Conventions, and are arguing that based on technicalities, it is right to steal something, not give it back, and use it as your own.
