  • f*cked up the sound completely

  • look how high that chainsaw guy jump

  • Ok this is not funny but this is true robocop was wearing a massive diaper he ended up losing control in my nightmare losing control= dudu loss

  • 5:01 - "This guy is really good!"

  • Never saw this past level 1 haha, thanks for the memories

  • Very interesting. The new Twin Galaxies founder would love to see this video.

  • THE COBRA GUN SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED MORE AMMUNITION

  • @Mr523cbg The only problem is that MGM owns the rights to Robocop making it impossible to put in a Data East collection.

  • I got the muscle to shove enough of this factory so far up your stupid wop ass you'll shit snow for a year!

  • in real life i dont think you want to be punched by robocop that would hurt

  • @cb19882000

    Hurt?! That would KILL you!

  • @RocMegamanX:

Indeed it will. Let's not forget that Murphy isn't an ordinary human anymore; he's a cyborg now. Just one punch from a cyborg would be FAR more deadlier than a punch from an ordinary man, especially if he were to do it to your face or head.

  • A cheap trick on all the ED209's people can use on the last stages is use the dual laser gun. All you have to do to get a one shot kill is fight the boss with one duel laser shot bullet as soon as the boss comes out fire and it takes all of his life in one shot. I discovered this by accident of course while playing in the arcade but I could not believe I was the only person that new. Try it!!

  • Is there anyone good on Youtube at this game I used to play this game and beat it with one coin. Oh everyone does the samething on the first stage the get rid of of the tri-gun which is stupid. You can kill the first before he even walks into the screen with that gone. If you really know the secrets of this game most of the bosses are one shot kills or you can beat them in under 5 secs. I need to find this game and post people are really sad at this gave on Youtube.

  • One of the finest film adaptations and one of the best games of the 80s and it still holds up today and remains great fun to play. Robocop is amazing, especially considering when it was released. The programmers really went all out and produced a classic. Data East is long gone but Robocop remains as a testament to well made and entertaining game.

  • Did anyone elses sound quit o them around 14 minutes?

  • @Nettikturbo You're not the only one. 7 months later and there's still a problem.

  • Wow I loved this game, well the sega 1. Love all the old Sega games.

  • This game was hard as f@ck. It took me tons of coins to finish it.

  • About 6:19, some sort of bug gave you tons of points?!!!! How did you do that?

  • Eventually, Robocop would face a struggle trying to define his new 4th directive: "Do it for the LULZ."

  • Would have been cooler if they made Robocop just look straight ahead whenever he fires up or diagonal like in the movies. XD

  • contra

  • dudes now i have to watch the movie lol

  • @mikeNanna The movie rules!! And its TIMELESS!!

  • In the apartment building I lived in last year they had the machine for this. I dumped actual money in until I one credited it.

One time I died right after I killed the last guy in the last room. His stray bullet hit me and the continue counter counted down. I rushed in my pockets for change and pulled out coins, but they scattered all over the floor. I ducked down and chased them around and they kept rolling until finally I popped all the quarters in and hit start. 0 Seconds left. :P Intense!

  • Christ, you're good. You must've been intimately familiar with their attack patterns and all before playing this. I probably put in $20 worth of virtual quarters to beat this in MAME.

  • the sounds are nice!

  • What is Robocop yelling occasionally in the first level? "Call it"?

Also, I love that hilarious falsetto girl voice - "Thank you!"

  • I think he's saying "Drop it!", as in "drop the weapon".

  • I played this on gameboy :D

  • Oh, yeah! Boy did I loved to play this game.

  • Where can I get this game?

  • Google for "Planetemu" :)

  • OK. Thanks!!!

  • I did it and it won't run on my computer. Plus the website is in some other language and I don't know how to change it.

  • Good memories :) I remember play this, whit a K7 game on my spectrum 128 lol

  • Nice shooting, RoboCop!

  • Great movie - I wonder why if there were that many criminals on the streets they didn't just call the army in.

  • The Coin-op version was so much better than the conversions for the Amiga & ST

  • have to agree. i played this so much when i was a kid

  • @RolexTharsus lol you're so right. I remember the first time I played the Amiga version on my friends A500 and the disappointment that ensued. A sloppy and lazily programmed ST port that lacked so much of the brilliance seen in the arcade original.
