  • I like these performance!

  • WOW! This is great!

  • this is terrible.

plus the guy made it more weird and terrible

  • @francescanatalie

hmm.. I did not think it was terrible, what was nice about it was it was lively and original. She was a bit over the top sometimes though (the open mouth was killing it at times). Also the dancer reminded me of Amani too much. the "over the top" style hardly transfers to another person, and even on Amani it frequently is a little much.

Anyways it was different, and that was what I liked about it. Who is the dancer?

  • @dinavienna Her name is Fadwa Sayde and he is Nasser, her husband.

  • @lebdancer so this is why they have such nice chemistry :))

  • @lebdancer ...who by the way is very hot :P

  • jajajajaj tienes razon esta horrible este man parace ke le va a dar una patada a la pobre chica en esta danza hay ke tener cuidado de hacer los saltos para que no se vean ridiculos

  • supeeeeeeeeeerbbbbbbbeeeeeeeeeeee! i don't find the words to comment rawa3aaaaaaa ykhzi el 3aiyn machift ahla min hek dabka (y) 3an jad y3ttikom 100000 3afiya

  • Bravo! Brazil!

  • wow! they are very good! she is great!! and this guy is hot also!!

  • shes probably a brazillian of arab descest after all brazil hosts nearly 13 million arabs

  • Brazilian style bellydance with a twist of Dabke? loool wat Twist haah, this is pure 100% DABke not a twist, wat the hell does this have to do with brazilian lol

  • The bellydancer (who is bellydancing and not doing dabke BTW) is Brazilian and the Brazilian influence is evident in her style. This show was taped in Brazil. It's funny you should say its 100% dabke, I've had comments on this clip from dozens of angry Lebs saying exactly the contrary to what you said. Either way, they are both wonderful dancers.

  • Increible! cuanto carisma y pasión! Alguien sabe mas sobre esta increible pareja?

  • BRAVO!

  • me fascino .....I love it ...she is a great dancer

sorry for my SPanish, im not native..

Gracias por compartir la FELICIDAD con todos nosotros!!

  • Very NICE!!! They enjoy dancing, very spontaneous not like American and European dancers, too cold and with too robotic.

  • @vivadayana True!

  • wow very sexy

    are they a couple?

it looks like hes very attracted to her he could be acting but it shows plus he kissed her was that part of it or he just did it

    i love it

i would like to see more stuff like this

  • yeah, they are married and live in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Hugs.

  • Comment removed

  • I love it! Great song. They're dancing very nice together.

  • The dancers look like they are having so much fun. You can't help but enjoy their enthusiasm. It's great to see a man and a woman dancing together! (dance is a universal language and not property of one nation/culture)

  • pleaseeeeeeeeeeee anybody knows this song..im going crazy here lol !!

  • Hi! I don't know the songs name but I can convert the song from this video. If you're interested, let me know your e-mailaddress (subject: name of this video), so I'll send you an invitation link where you can download it.

    1001 oriental greets

  • This song for A lebanese singer his name is [Faris Karam]

  • Brazilian style lol...no such thing u got in from the Arabs,...and the Dabke from the Lebanese :) im not trying to be mean but its the truth this is Arab/Lebanese culture not Brazilian they have salsa we have dabke and bellydance.

  • NOBODY is saying that bellydance originated in Brazil. As a Lebanese person myself I KNOW where bellydance and dabke originated. Everyone knows that they are native dances of the middle east. However, bellydance has been exported to many different countries and it has been heavily influenced by the cultures of those countries. This particular performance is Brazilian STYLE in that it has been influenced by Brazilian culture and as you can see it is NOT pure arabic style bellydance......

  • ..Still, I think they are very nice dancers even though their style is quite a bit different from that of native middle eastern dancers.

  • And last of all...Salsa is NOT Brazilian. Salsa is Puerto Rican/ Cuban in origin. SAMBA is Brazilian. Samba and Salsa are not the same. Just as Dabke and Saidi dance are not the same. Just so you know.

  • thank you for the info :) i was being sarcastic when i said Salsa just so u know. But i do love Salsa. and my aunt lives in Brazil ive heard great things about it :)

  • sorry but they CAN´T DANCE!!!

  • WTH! shu mishaaan ya jama3a?? ish dakhal abu ilbrazilian aslan???

  • I think she's hot! Dancin barefoot and all...

  • Eh el habal da..

  • OMG THIS SUCKS!

The belly dancing is awful! The dabka isn't really that good. It just doesn't work!

  • they bouth spoiled DEBCHA!!

  • very vulgar

  • WTF

  • this sucks.. the singers sounds like gorillazzzzzz..

  • love the belly dancing with dabke!!!! but they can do better

  • ane he made the definition of debcha rotten

  • she spoiled the definition of debcha

  • Amazing ! The cooperation between the girl and the boy ! , It's the palestinians refuges in brazil .

  • ohhhh this rocks!!!!!!!!! I want a couple to perform like that at my wedding party!!!!

  • edebahhhhhh

coool gerat walla ahla lebnaye bel denonya kil ahla 3arab

  • Maravilhosos!

  • She have no idea about Belly dance, I am male and I know more then she, and that man is shame on Dabeka, The singer..... my grandmother sing better then him.

  • I totally agree, my three year old niece will out 'hiz' her any day.

  • singer and dancers suck..

  • muy buenos.

  • I think I must clarify again that when I say Brazilian style, I don't mean that bellydance is a native Brazilian dance. Everyone knows it originated in the middle east. However, it is possible to see the influence of many cultures as the dance has been exported to other countries. In this case, there is a definite samba flavor in the movements, as opposed to a pure Classical oriental style.

  • whaaaaaaaat???? is that brazilian !!!!!?????????

    that's an arabic dance.

  • They are married, Nasser has born in Lebanon and Fadwa is brazillian. The song name is LATSADIGI and the singer is Tony Mouzayek, all of them very famous in Brazil. I don't believe this is exactly a brazillian style, but arabic dance in Brazil. Each dancer has her own style, no matter the country.

  • That's Nasser and Fadwa, they're married. He's lebanese and she is brazillian. And I believe that you can find many styles of belly dancing, this one the author called brazillian because they are dancing in Brazil... The song name is LATSADIGI and the singer is Tony Mouzayek.

  • How is the name of this music?

  • is it possible to take some dabke lesson with you

Sera que possivel eu tomar umas aulas de dabke com voçe. 045 99751109

    obrigado

    Aref

  • he cant sing

  • thats beautiful.. im also have palestian ascendency but im colombian, and i also dance dabke, but not as good as you...

and that woman is the most beutiful woman i had ever seen, i think that the arabic girls are the most beutiful girls in all the world

  • This is an awesome video. They may not be perfect dancers, but they're very entertaining. Does anyone know what the name of the song is?

  • lástima la orquesta!!! suena bien!

    :(

  • bunch of idiots

  • the greeks didn't invent this, they just act like they made everything...

    this is ARABIC. *period*

  • About Greeks - they even claim to have invented BAKLAVA!! and ofcourse the word is not attached to their language. its Baklawa= from Bakel

  • She's alright

  • Dabke Bellydance is a ARAB DANCE not Brazilian... and ya I gotta agree that debka is done with a group not by ur self!

  • La bailarina está muy bien, pero el hombre, baila cualquier cosa menos dabke, no me gustó nada.

    Saludos.

    Sheikarab.

  • cute

  • doest matter who originated it matters who perfected it oshtool plus she jus plain sucks.

  • I'll tell ya from the bottom of my heart sourkush, the Greeks invented it AND perfected it!!!! :) Being Greek, I know this!!! Trust me!!! My dad is like the dad in My Big Fat Greek Wedding. He knows all and will tell you so!!

  • Lol, if your dad is like the dad in Big Fat Greek Wedding then he'll say EVERYTHING originates w/ the Greeks. Too much pride in your culture can blind you to facts --

  • Your all wrong. Bellydancing originated with the Greeks! EVERYTHING originated with the Greeks, and they taught everyone else!!!

  • In Greece on of the terms for bellydance is "dance of the dogs' (meaning the turks). It is for sure not a greek dance but they do it because of ottoman influence. however, the turks got it from the arabs. That is why the alternative and true name of bellydance is "middle eastern dance" and not greek or brazilian or american dance, because the latter are all wannabes

  • Oh No oreachdin. My dad told me that the Greeks invented everything!!!! Sort of like Al Gore invented the internet

  • @oreachdin Word sister/bro ;)

  • uh no

  • NO, los documentos históricos revelan que el primer origen de estas danzas fué en TURQUÍA.

  • @oshtoolman Omg, please.

  • @mashinebenz hahaha Thank u for your comment. No, I don't think they are getting the divorce hehe But you can find many other gorgeous brazilian-lebanese guys. Trust me! But not all of them can dance, unfortunatelly.... Have a nice day!

  • @liviapj Hhahaha, ok good to know :P :)

  • The dancer's not good, neither the guy..

  • dabkah is indeed 100% Arabian folk dance but bellyDance originaly came from Ottomanic (Turkish) Sultans' culture.

  • No, it's from North Africa. It's not Turkish. The origins are from Morrocco, and the Egyptians made their own style.

  • bellydance is a production of Saljukes (turkish sultans)and its originated from there for ur knowledge ya crazyarabproductions. salam

  • It's NORTH AFRICAN.

  • ok as u like :) salam.

  • nasser and fadwa are absolutely awesome ...

  • BRAZILIAN DANCERS !!!

  • Its not brazilian, its arabian dance ;)

  • This is hilarious!!!! This time it isn't about the bellydancer.. Who the Hell is that dude dancing around her like a clown?!!?!!! His "dabke" is completely off.. and NO! REAL dabke men don't look anything like that... ewww!!!

  • OMFG!

    They're MARRIED!

    That's why they kiss!

  • And if you want to know more, arabians here in Brazil LOVE to se them dancing. They usually present their shows in aniversaries, birthdays and marriages all over the country. Arabians love them!

  • hahah you cracked me up. I found out that these lil bitches are Latin american!(wich explains the kiss thing) I don't have a pr

  • i thought the video was cute and public displays of affection do not bother me so it was fun to watch them dance together.

  • JEEPO88 there are many Arabs in south America.

  • Its a wonderful and i will love to see more when you said "I am referring to the influence of brazilian cutulre in the dance". thats the point i was kind trying to make

  • The singer is actually Tony Mouzayek,a Brazilian raised singer born in Syria. This particular clip was filmed in Sao Paulo. There are indeed many wonderful dancers in Brazil like Claudia Cenci,Shalimar and Patricia Bencardini(who I have taken classes with)I'll post videos of them shortly. Wow, this has certainly been a controversial clip!

  • I am Brazilian and I know our dancers/dance. They can be Brazilian and so it seems, but it does not mean they represent the way they dance in Brazil at all. I found this weird and extremely exagerated. There are some awsome dancers in Brazil like Carlla Sillveira, Kahina and Aziza, just to mention a few who also have video clips available here at YouTube. There are wonderful male folcloric dancers there too, as Tarik, for example.

  • I watched the video, and I wish I didn't. they were horney bussy kissing each other@! This is NOT brazilian, or Korian...this is Lebanese mixed with Palastinians and american dancer.

I can tell that from the singer's fuken accent they're lebanese-palastinians

  • dude...the anger! Relax! They were cute. Did you die because they kissed? and what's wrong with the, let me see how you put it "the singer's fuken accent they're lebanese-palastinians" Do you have a problem with that? Again...RELAX my amigo. Life is too short, go fall in love with someone and dance up a storm! as a certain song goes "3eesh, 3eesh, 3eesh...khaleeha laziza 7ayatak".

  • @cokeysaid HAHHAHAHAA that comment MADE MY DAY! :) You are so right, I find them cute too.

  • Following that same line of reasoning(i.e. Italian style Banghra) then American style bellydance doesn't exist either. Yet, most American dancers claim that's what they dance,as opposed to Egyptian, Lebanese or Turkish style for example.

When I say Brazilian style, I am referring to the influence of Brazilian culture in the dance. Not of a specific type of dance.

  • In my line of work I have to Travel. I traveled to many places, All I am saying is that This video Does not seem like it has Samba or Lambada influence, it seems like a traditional bellydance that ORIGINATED IN EGYPT. JUST SAY ITS BELLYDANCING (which is originally middle eastern), mixed with a Little of Samba, Lambada, Salsa or whatever. Its like saying Italian style Bhangra(dance from india and pakistan) IT DOESNT EXIST.Turkish and Tribal is all part of middle eastern bellydance.

  • I LOVE THISSSSSSSSSSSSS!

  • i totally agree with u HollyWooD555! there is absolutely no such thing as dabke bellydance brazilian style!!! there's only arab bellydance!!!WTF is wrong with u ppl??!!!

  • Ever heard of Turkish bellydance? Not Arabic. Neither is Greek bellydance. Neither is American Tribal, neither is Tribal Fusion, the list and the variations goes on.

Brazilian bellydancers often condiment their dances with Samba and other Brazilian rhythms and steps.

    Perhaps you should travel more?

  • i think jbi56 meant that it is, in its origin, an arab folk dance and when people call it american or brazilian we feel a little bit robbed...

  • She is so adorable and she has so much personality! It is a wonderful way to meld the Debke into a belly dance show. Of course, the guy helps!

  • This dancing was a real joy for my senses. Why is lebanese dancing abroad so much better than in Lebanon itself? I noticed that several times.
