When I watch the show, at times Brian's personality is very strong and overwhelming and doesn't generally fit with the group, but there is no denying that his voice is amazing. He brings something to the group that can't easily be replaced. When a group breaks up, that original chemistry is lost and it's usually never the same again. I don't want to see Brian out of the group b/c I think his passion is good for Day 26. He needs to control his temper and put the group ahead of his own needs.
