You will do just fine going to NY. The damn message board is still down on the virgin website. I have successfully travelled on a plane what I was hoping for was to get a few of us together and go on a short trip.

Glad to here your tale. I just decided to film a few bits so I would be able to remember it all properly. I'm off to NY in April so let's hope I'm ok. :-) I'd recommend the course to anybody but supplement it with the Paul McKenna cd.

Thanks very, very much for posting this video pgrimshaw62, I went on the flying without fear course in Manchester. The next week decided to take a flight to Ireland, has we were bording very nearly bottled it, searched on youtube for flying without fear videos, found yours and the rest is history. If it wasn't for your video I would have not got on the plane, since have been on 2 more times. Once again thanks, thanks and thanks.
