@Koukir no it wont mate the sr2 requires 10 slots mate i have a evga x58 classified 4 way sli board and the sr2 is 2 inches taller and .1 of a inch wider and if someone is buying a sr2 and not running four cards pfft what a waste just becasue a board fits in a case dont mean it will work mate

I have this case now but it have some serious flaws:

1. No rubber on either the hardrive caddies or the PSU stand.

2. Poor quality of the toolless drivebays.

3. Hard to take off the front.

4. The included hotswap powercord does not work with a modular PSU.

5. Heavy.

6. Expensive.

7. Need to take off the dustfilter under the case everytime you need to move the case and lift from underneath.

@bigcar10 this case was intended for watercooling only, so one or two good exhaust fans are all that was needed.

Would have been nice for more fans (mainly a front intake), but I am guessing they decided what the target was and stuck to it.

i own this case and i love it. BUT!!! The plexiglass window has cracked. because the screws and nuts to hold it are too tight so i got some spiderweb shaped cracks like 5 places

Microcenter has it for $50 less then newegg right now. So its only $60 more then the 1200. I'm grabbing this for my next build. I think I will need to water cool to do the case justice though. Its designed to being a water cooling dream.

The only downside to this case besides its size and price tag is the cooling ability sucks... read some reviews where they test hardware. HAF 922 keeps your hardware about 20 degrees C cooler. It's all because it doesn't have enough intake.

I dont believe for a second that the cooling ability on this case sucks. With that extraordinary cable management, the two massive fans and the triple 120mm radiator along with the massive air intake at the bottom will give this beast a sweet airflow.

I agree with the price tag though, and i wouldnt know about the HAF 922.

Yeah there's plenty of exhaust ie all the vents, but there is like no intake, simply put if you're air cooling this case just does not have enough intake. I don't see any thing sucking air in though. What's putting cool air under my video card so that can suck cool air in? Honestly this case is awesome for liquid cooling, but it falls short for air cooling.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Regardless of it being able to have 3 fans on top, there won't be enough airflow because it's a very big case and those fans won't be able to get enough heat sucked out the top of the case.

@Phoenix81690 Agreed, thermo take has one with massive risers for the MB. I went with that one simply because, well 4 120's keeps it nice and cool, I don't think I've ever had a cooler GPU. I might get this case for my next build however, as my last system pushed the limits of pure air cooling. Have any insight as the limits to a overclocked i7 930?

Well there is only one fan for intake preinstalled but tons of places to add more if you wanna go with air cooling. From the design of this case I would say its not meant as an air cooled case, more as a watercooled so having tons of intake and is not necessary.
