@Brady2k10 its not bout cooler i think, its about being brutal and badass in a cool and efficient way. eskrima could work but its too flashy and too traditional for sam fisher as he is a soldier, an agent, something more...direct would be, too him, a better choice. besides, sam fisher should know never bring a knife to a gunfight and krav maga complements pistol cqc. besides, snap is cooler than shank eh? :)

i dont recommend you do krav maga, its not all its cracked up to be, its a good system but some of the techniques and wouldnt apply if say you lived in the UK like i do.. krav maga is an isreali combat system designed for war, the stuff you learn over here has been diluted alot, and also do NOT do commando krav maga.

@Anubisrunner08 I respect your opinions but being a krav maga practioner for quite some time now I can tell you that laws of war apply to any street fight. Seize any weapon, block any hits and knock your opponent out. You don't need to be in Israel for this to apply. Some guy attacks you on the street... you take him down regardless of how. That's what Krav Maga teaches. Not sure who you learn from but find a REAL Krav teacher, it won't be diluted bullshit. Cheers

Krav Maga is hebrew for "close combat". It was first developed (by Imi Lichtenfield) for the Jewish to protect themselves against the nazis. Afterwards he started teaching it to the Israeli defense forces.

Basically, it's an israeli close quarters combat system, it has no rules and the premise is that you're the underdog. Use everything to your advantage, try to limit the damage you take and inflict maximum damage with the least effort.
