To make the pipe launcher lay the pipe at a 45 degree angle or less even aim it flat even with the ground. leave a little of the unit hanging out the end of your pipe enough to light it.

The way I used to make them was to use an old 12 gram CO2 cartridge. Drill out the top to fit the match heads you are using, fill the unit all the way with them, when done find a pipe that the unit fits snug into. light and wa la rocket launcher.

the best way to do it is to get tin foil and a match head from paper matches (they are lighter and go further). you bend one end of the paper clip up to make a sort of launch pad. you put the match head right at the top of the tip of the paper clip end that is bent up and then wrap the end of the paper clip and match head together in tin foil. then you take it off and put it back on the end and hold a flame against the paper clip, which will get hot and ignite the match head rocket.
