I just bought one of these, same brand from Wal-Mart (Williams) albeit slightly different yesterday. It was supposed to be a fun family project. The walls had to be cut out, and then you had to figure out how to put it together. This took over 45 minutes, maybe this was because of poorly written instructions, or maybe it was because some of the pieces were also missing. It also tasted like the cardboard it came in. 2 hours of my life I won't get back. Bright side? I got mine on clearance $6 ;)

@MrTeedoubleu omg lol sounds harder than this one and this was hard ! i didnt read the instructions but the pictures didnt help and mine tasted like cardboard too ! its like a master card comerical walmart ginger bread house 10 dollars time 1 hour paticence alot and the fail of thinking you can do it but never get it set up priceless guess joke on us damn walmart ! hahaha hope u had a good christmas xx

Lmao, I have the same gingerbread house. That "iceing" is shit! It came out all thick and shit. Then I tried to make it less thick so I added water, and that made it worse. So I had to buy another house. And that one came out nice. But it was fun. :]

well, I say it turned out better than Mel's rofl! Have you seriously never used icing like that before? that is the only icing I've ever used, I think most people use it where I live though, it is pretty hard though, I was making cakes the other day and put too much water in it and it turned out really bad :( I love gingerbread!!!

thats how our icing sugar comes i think its what you call powdered sugar we ice cakes like that or add butter like you do cream cheese and call that butter icing , hehe ,

never made a gingerbread house its not really big here i dont think , but we have gingerbread men much easier to eat lol ,
