These are like a larger version of the Isis wings contemporary bellydancers use. Personally, I like these ones much better.

I think it's two circles of material (maybe habotai?)where r = dancers high, with holes in the middle for head (and it's sewed in this place). And you have two sticks in hands witch are attached to the dress.
