What people don't seem to understand or appreciate is that a bodybuilder isn't the end result, bodybuilding is a way of life. @barthelfitness I know my body pretty well and Ive eaten really healthly from the start and didnt pack on some weight very much I want to because im underweight anyways So i went to bad unhealthy food for high calorie content for carbs and protein like cheeseburgers I gained weight Amazingly nice solid weight but Negtive side to it was acney so im back to healthy food to keep away acney witch is working well anyways can healthy food pack on weight ? Its hard for me to eat 5 meals a day it self.

@synftw no, It may look like I added allot but it comes out in a small small load! I bet each meal has 1.5 servings or so is how I eye it up.

nice video .liked that it was long enough to see start to finish..i prep the same way and now i see that im actually doing it rite,,im just now starting out and have looked into bodybuilding for a while now but wanted to have the basics down..and understand the nutrition part - being the the key..anyways keep up the good work..

Really great video, thanks! You're one of the few who actually goes over the most important aspect for bodybuilding -- diet/nutrition.
There are some good questions below that need clarification. To also add something, are any individual meals or big left over containers put into the freezer or is it all stored in the refrigerator?
