  • and then they ask why the foreigners keep taking all the jobs

  • "Theres less competition for the ""do gooders"" so its not that bad." ???? I used to love this show but totalty lost respect for her after that.

  • @00civicekjay She's joking.

  • fail cenk

  • What do you expect in a fascist country. America first to experiment with ugenics, it was built on slavery, it invades and murders people from Saigon to Iraq. The largest prison population in the world. More than Communist China, more than North Korea, more than Russia. There are kids being thrown in jail for smokin a joint. There's people in jail for smoking pot that have been in there since Clinton was president yet the average sentence for murder is 12 years. I'd say were a little fucked up.

  • The authoritarian corporate oligarchy & the many corrupted branches, departments & agencies of instituted government have, for some time, been exploiting "We The People" as much as possible. Within business, constant is the drive to create more customers. Within corporate owned prisons, the inmates are the customers. Within government prison cans, they tightly pack the inmate Sardines & tax We The People at $50,000 per year per inmate

  • Every orange jumpsuit that's paraded before the bench is a unit of profit for Judicial Incorporated. The authoritarian criminals, who's wages we pay, can't manufacture enough innocent inmates to satisfy their greed. For decades, the federal government has done many things conducive of immorality in the people, which often leads to criminality because a significantly criminal population justifies a police state. In the mean time, they're profiting hand over fist

  • YES LOCK UP LOCK UP EVERYWHERE A DAMN PERSON BEING LOCKED UP EIO THAT'S WHY THIS COUNTRY IS GOING TO HELL IN A HAND BASKET!

  • competition

  • "less competion for the do-gooders"...so that's okay? Bitch, what about the people that were wrongfully arrested. YOU just lost this follower! Stupid bitch!

  • Also, once you normalize arrest like this, no-one fears it or sees it as a deterrent.

  • The land of the free, eh?

  • Wasn't 23. But been there, done that. By the way that could be a status offense thing, like curfew. And most cops have very active imaginations.

  • @asperin so you're argument is corporations couldn't take over the world because they would need more support? What the hell would stop them from simply BUYING the support. Jesus they already control MOST of the money on the PLANET. Not to mention enemy #1 for corporate interests is straight up big government. Would it really be that hard to stir up support from the conservative side of the world?

  • I was thinking 1 in3?!! that's crazy, i only know a couple ppl that got... um ... er -_- oh, yeah... lol. Everyone i know has been bc of mj, alcohol, & one for curfew. Glad was under 18 :D

  • I'm 52 and even though I smoked cannabis since 16 never been arrested, till this summer. The same place Willie Nelson last got arrested. I had less than a oz and got a ticket for parraphinila.$500 fine. I got lucky, they got money. This is why the government don't wana legalize. FUCKIN MONEY

  • Getting arrested won't affect your chances of getting a job, its getting convicted of a crime that matters. Getting arrested and having the charges dropped won't even effect your chances of getting into the Secret Service.

  • weed

  • I got arrested because my ex-bf was beating the shit out of me and I scratched him trying to get him off of me. Ridiculous.

  • @KaliDemiDarkness Damn i feel your pain only it was the opposite for me. My girlfriend busted my lip and scratched my arm. I punch in the arm. She stopped after that but it left a bruise. I went to court they tried to give me a year saying they didn't believe she hit me... I am sitting in court with a cut over my bottom lip and they dont believe that. I was lucky enough to find the police officer who did the report. So the courts were so merciful. I got 10 days in jail while she got nothing.

  • @collegeboykeith damn that sucks, just shows you how women are always ''right'' in court

  • I've been arrested for grabbing a girls fat ASS.

  • As George Orwell was writing the book "Nineteen-Eightyfour" in 1949 (?) , he was actually looking into the future.

  • fascists now want to build gas chambers for jaywalkers.

  • Cenk werent you a law student? A potential employer can only access felonies. So unless 33% if the country has been convicted of a felony they are not eliminated.

  • @sparbaroku TRue

  • Only in America do you get arrested for burping!

    Burping!

Can you believe it? It's like Im taking crazy pills.

  • I remember Freshmen year I got in a fight, got arrested, charged with assault and battery. I was a Freshmen in highschool. The year before that in 8th grade I also got in a fight. I got 2 days of afterschool detention. And no, I'm not a serial fighter at school, those were my only two fights at school. Da fok?

  • The first time I was arrested at age 14 I was charged for four violent crimes that had occurred over a period of several weeks. The police initially let me off with a warning but when more claims against me surfaced they charged me on all accounts. I was convicted of two accounts of uttering death threats with intent. The 'victims' were my immediate family who chose legal avenues for sorting out conflicts at home. E.g. my brother charged me with assault after a fight over a stereo

  • @Rybot9000 He wanted to listen Garth Brooks which I had no ear for and I wanted to listen to metal which he couldn't digest either. It started off as they typically do, changing the disc when the other person is not around. But a confrontation at the stereo led to my brother slamming me in the back with his fist and knocking me to the floor breathless. After I recovered I grabbed a number of steak knives from the kitchen and feigned attacking him, he responded by manipulating my wrist to release

  • @Rybot9000 after I let go of the knives one sliced my fingers and I began bleeding. While attending to my cut my brother disappeared in fear and anger and reported it to our parents who in-turn reported it to the police. Thus began my adolescent criminal history, from then on I was already considered a likely cause for anything that might happen. I should mention that I was also an accident victim probably suffering from an undiagnosed post-traumatic stress. Fits of rage began after the accident

  • @Rybot9000 My family is not to blame because since I was suffering from PTSD or something like it I could not be reasoned with or expected to react as most kids do. My brother struggled daily with my emotional hyperactivity and guilt for not protecting me from injury to begin with (he is older). He did not desire by any means to injure me but was frustrated, ashamed and afraid of me all at the same time leading to his beating me and me assaulting him with a deadly weapon. But law works different

  • @Rybot9000 My parents having dealt with the situation since my accident 7 years earlier had tried all manner of parenting, psychotherapy, analysis and whatever they could dream up or differ to other people. None of it addressed the fact that I took everything as a threat and reacted with survival instinct to minor disturbances. The law didn't help in this regard either since it had no recognition of the truth whatsoever but merely painted me as a "delinquent" worthy of stigma and prejudice.

  • @Rybot9000 Other convictions followed naturally from the way in which the legal system monitored me and categorized the events in my life. It usually didn't matter what others were doing. My mother would say "I'm going to kill you" when she was upset with me, she never meant it, nor did I when I said it about my probation officer. But nobody considered that I meant it in that light or that it was a expression handed down by my mother and used commonly among people in society to vent frustration.

  • @Rybot9000 criminal law quantifies human interactions into a duality of criminal and victim which pays no respect to the nuanced interplay of real human interactions. Interactions that scale up and down or shift between transactional states or the expression of symbolic intent. It is completely unprepared to deal with behavior that has an intimate and continuous interdependence with culture and society. It is only capable of dealing with situations by abstracting the criminal or not abstracting.

  • @Rybot9000 no1 will read your 9 paragraphs why bother?

  • im under 23 and have been arrested 3x. o_o

  • I support our troops, cause one day we will need their help to over throw our government.

  • I consider myself to be a law abiding citizen. I’m 27 years old and never even been pulled over by the police. Don't break laws don't go to jail. It's really that simple.

  • I was literally held and detained until my parents picked me up for WALKING to school. The insane thing was I was close to being there, however, it was about 9 am, so the clown officer thought I was skipping class.

  • i was arrasted when i was 4 year old when i stole 100 dollars from my parrents !

  • @naveslaikss lmfao u cant get arrested untill the age of 13 imbecile, in the Netherlands at least.. anything that happens before that is the parents' responsibility

  • @RapingRapier i live in Latvia, and under arrest i understand the cops taking me to interrogate me where i got the money XD

  • I was arrested on my birthday, turns out it was a stripper.

  • i was arrested for a 5 bag of weed (im ashamed to say, i honestly wish it were more). I was 17 and 6 feds came down in a meat wagon because the 2 that found me smoking a joint in a park didnt have hand cuffs. 6 hours in a cell, fully processed, DNA, fingerprints ect

and the bankers that ruined the world economy didnt even get that...

  • do gooders?...what about mistakes made in law enforcement/criminal justice system?or r u foolish enough 2think that sometimes flat out innocent people get mistakenly caught up in the system.Wake up..it happens. The system is not based on flawless processes..its created by imperfect humans&is filled with inequity! Yeah, yeah I know..it's all we got?..what if we didnt have the system?right?...yeah sure, a couple of innocents get caught up in the mix..but its about the greater good right? Bullshit!!

  • back in a police car escorTed to a police office, might have been an arrest (not cuffed) I remeber i was involved in a riot though, i was smooth talker though got out by saying, dam i was applying for the army guess i cant get in if i have any criminal history on my record....the guy let me go...Boo Ya totally changed the entire process with that chestnut, use it for yourselves people, if your in a pinch i guess :) also i was in the riot by accient, it just happend around me and i punched back

  • Yes. Well... I've had cops called on me several times at least. I haven't actually been cuffed and processed. I'm too smooth for that. :P

  • what's the point of all the jails and police, is that supposed to make sure we're not sinning? Like the Catholics had the Spanish Inquisition kicking in people's doors making sure they're not breaking the rules, we got the law enforcement doing the same thing. We're still in the dark ages.

  • @1776bricks so there should be no jail or police in your opinion? so we should all be caveman bashing each other to death because he insulted me with no consequences? oh nice watch you got there ill take it and murder you afterwards there's no police anyways.....

  • Comment removed

  • @RapingRapier And, by the way, when did I ever say that people should kill and steal?

  • @1776bricks you said there is no point in having jails or police, so you think every1 on this planet tree hugging hippieswho would never do anything wrong? We have police and jail and there are still murderers and rapists etc. imagine what it would be like if there wasnt any police

  • @RapingRapier Having jails and police don't stop anyone from getting murdered or raped do they? Paying police doesn't stop the thief does it? And if we have jail and police, what stops them from stealing the public money? Why do we have the right to bear arms? - that's so we can police ourselves, or do you think police are some sort of super-beings? They're not, they're people just like you or me. Well, probably more like you than me.

  • @1776bricks They do in fact. People know if they do such things they will end up spending years in jail therefore they will think twice about it.

Before you write a comment think about that you wrote.

  • Stop sending people to jail for weed and PIs

  • Guarantee you 1/2 of all of the arrests are weed or alcohol related

  • It's really not surprising. I don't understand this report.

  • Too many laws, too many regulations, too much spending, too much taxation.

The US government is a monster out of control.

  • @asperin Regulations on financial institutions - good. Regulations on individual liberty - baaad

  • @asperin letting corporations have the run of things doesn't leave you much better off...imagine getting dragged out of bed by blackwater troops because you told people not to buy Target brand bedsheets...

  • @WrathOfNolla

The only way a corporation can do that is if they're being backed up by a bigger monopoly, something like the State, the biggest monopoly of all.

What you described is more likely to happen with a bigger government, a corporatist one, something like we have today.

  • @asperin seriously? You don't think a couple of gigantic multinationals could one day decide to merge (with or without global approval) together, purchase a private army and run the world? If you keep shrinking the government, yet don't do the same with corporations what the hell do you think is going to happen?

  • @WrathOfNolla

To have huge corporations doing that you need a lot of people, with lots of needs, provided by other people. You can't simply try to take over the world and expect that everyone else wont try to stop you. The global economy unites us in a way that we are all partners in one way or another, harming others is harming yourself. The more complex the global economy gets, the more this becomes a reality.

  • @asperin There may be too many laws and too much spending, but taxation and regulations are at an all-time low. The US needs to strengthen it's grip on the economy, but loosen it for the society.

  • @GishabrunLOB

That's a deceptive notion being spread around that because some corporations have been able to lobby against regulations towards them and because banks have a specific ability granted by the removal of the Glass-Steagall Act.

This is not true for American companies in general, taxation and regulation for smaller business has not only increased but are enforced like ever before.

Getting a "grip on the economy" is to get a grip on society.

  • Liberals are retarded

  • @TheYoungTurks And 2/3rds of the TYT court want people to be arrested for allegedly not reporting something they might know, you think that might add some more people in jail? People in jail not for doing something wrong but for supposedly knowing someone is doing something wrong, disaster.

  • First private prison 1984? Did the U.S.A. just make a George Orwell reference? Irony is a bitch.

  • Most of my friends are 20-25, i live in Estonia and none of my friends have been arrested.. i don't even think i know anyone who has been arrested. I'm really glad i don't live in usa.

  • im 20 and iv never been arrested:)

  • @FREAKYJ13 Then you cant be A member of our elite group:)

  • when we push a culture of godlessness, lawlessness, and an entitlement mindset where if you don't let your kid do whatever the damn hell he wants you're a horrible parent and are abusing him mentally it screws up the kids. Who would have thought.

  • @ZKoftherebellion Hold on... A culture of godliness is the one that indoctrinates kids from birth. Makes women subserviant to men, holds science back, hangs gays, stones humans, mutilates the genitals of children, kills 500k+ Rwandans, condemns anyone who does not believe as they do to ever lasting suffering in hell and all of this without them ever knowing for a fact their one god out of so many is real or even the one.

  • @tsunami770 You and other people out there seem to be confused by the same point All the shit you just mentioned was the job of GOD and those appointed by him not the full staff of his believers in christainity people are incourage to act as jesus would which most people would describle as KINDNESS TO A FUALT I dare anyone of you christian haters to find any page in the bible that says specifically for all people who follow god to do any of the things you just mention if not stfu!

  • @algshan And deprive myself the pleasure of exposing the supreme idiocy you suffer from? No way... Eat it: Deuteronomy22:23-24/Leviticus20:13/Leviticus21:9/Leviticus24:10-16/1Timothy2:12/Numbers31:17-18/Deuteronomy7:1-4 (can go on all day..). It amazes me how morons like you love to be exposed being ignorant. It is you and your fairytale of hate who should be quiet believing in magical figures, talking snakes, man from mud and guys walking on water. Go read your bible and wake up fool.

  • @tsunami770 The one thing I predicticted you'd overlook is " find any page in the bible that says specifically for all people who follow god to do any of the things you just mentioned".I say all cause if he didn't rule it as a universal thing it was most likely something he meant for those people alone idiot not for all christains.Learn context before you throw open a bible look for the first punishment and assure yourself you found a religion of self destruction.smh

  • @algshan The mere fact you buy into one of so many religions says more than I can tell you here. Religion itself is an arrogant concept that divides by making the believer falsely think he/she stands with divine knowledge no one else knows... It means those who believe as you do get some reward to quell their fears and the rest of us lost sheep go to hell. An assertion is not truth smh 2u. God said nothing, he never has but the writer did tell the reader to kill in the name of god...

  • @tsunami770 And being an athiest for some reason puts youtube dumbasses under the illusion that they can somehow judge a person without getting to know their mentality.Religion for the most part is what you make of it for some a history lesson,a way to mantain sanity,or just family tradition. For myself its a great vehicle for self improvement.Although i get the feelin pompus idiots like you enjoy believing nothin just to ridicule others who do and make yourself feel smarter, pittiful.

  • @algshan Well if it was suppsoed to tach you self improvement and how not to be judgemental then you leave much to be desired. Religion is not what you make of it. You have fundametal rules and concepts which you cannot escape even if you wanted to. It would be nice if you stop reflecting your flaws and understand that ad hominems only rob you of the ability to make an intelligent argument. Am I ridiculing you? I could but I am not. To me truth is better than hurtful traditions.

  • @tsunami770 I'm pretty sure Jesus christ was a better person then any of your role models the bible pretty much coaches you to be like him theres nothing I want more than to benifit others so no there isn't much to be desired aside from getting you to shut up.I'd love to hear these rules and concepts that bind me tho and you'd realize spelling errors don't put you in position to judge.I don't disagree with that last statement but I think you should try finding the truth more often.

  • @algshan Some of my role models stood up against slavery, jesus did not so try not to be so sure and while you are at it remember there is no evidence the guy existed at all but I will concede that he did for argument's sake. He still would not be who and what you make him out to be anyway. I never mentioned anything about spelling so you lost me there. I already gave you the Nicean Decree to study. If you want truth, proof and fact that should keep you away from bronze age myths.

  • @tsunami770 Jesus endured horrific tortureand death on behalf of the ENTIRE HUMAN RACE,real or not just fighting against slave does not compare.Yes,I'm pretty sure jesus would still be a the great person he was for his entire life, why wouldn't he?You gave me bible verses that couldn't prove your point remember?Proof and fact actually lead me back to the bible since the life lessons in it make since.

  • @algshan The verses I gave you prove the bible is incoherent, barbaric and in the end man made. That is fact whether you see it or not. Prove Jesus suffered anything, you are accepting the book to be historically true in that and that gets you nowhere. A god sent himself to sacrifice himself to himself which is no sacrifice and try to understand that vicarious redemption is no lesson, it is a fallacy only the willing can buy into.

  • @tsunami770 I didn't ask for bible verses to prove coherence I said show me the bs you said the bible tells its people to do is there and you failed to produce evidence and now you're fleeing from the point and trying to change the subject.I literally said I don't look to the bible for a history lesson just enlightenment to be a better person more than once so wtf are you talk about "excepting it to be historically correct"?Can you not read, are you dumb,or just that desperate to find a rebuttle?

  • @algshan I have shown you historical fact that the bible was ordered edited in the council of Nicea (FACT) and it is self evident that the stories in it are re-tellings of pagan myths as well as fabrications. You simply do not want to understand that it is no more than a fiction book but within it the god does command that harm be done to others. I have already listed some of the scriptures doing so and come back with something other than calling me dumb. So far you have nothing.

  • @tsunami770 I'm calling you dumb, stupid, idiot, ect because I've said now more than THREE TIME I do not look at the bible for a history lesson!

  • @algshan You are calling me dumb and stupid because you have no better way of communicating. Because you are limited to cheap blows instead of making any decent arguments. Still waiting for one. Great you don't look at the bible for history so what do you look at it as or for then? what do you think it is? A collection of ramblings or what? Now the coincil of Nicea is not a biblical event, it is the way by which the bible came to be and you should study that regardless.

  • @tsunami770 No I call you dumb cause you're dumb.Example:You're asking me why I read the bible if not for history and I've said multuple times for spiritual enlightenment and personal developement.I communicate better when I'm not talk to people who're so adamant to profile they completely ignore relavent info at hand.

  • @tsunami770 I hope for heaven and push thoughts of the divine punishments of hell aside since my goal in life is to help as many people as possible to the best of my ability and if thats not enough to get in then I'll face it if I get there.but intill then I'll point out the fact the your last claim had no proof, not a page, nor a verse to back your obvious lie despite your claim of being able to go all day............you use that lie on women too?

  • @algshan Don't lie. I gave you proof and anyone who reads them will know which of us is the obvious liar. Who told the Israelites to muder all men, women and children and keep the virgin girls? To who was Abraham to sacrifice his own child?. You presume a heaven but you forget what it means get there as outlined by doctrine of eternal worship. So in essence you create your own religion to your liking? You simply edit it? That is why evidence is so important b/c reality is independent.

  • @tsunami770 You realize none of that has a damn thing to do with the person reading the book right? If you told it the the isrealities and abraham the gues who it was meant for...........the isrealites and abraham idiot.Once again you fail, the book tells stories of things good told specific people to do but he never established any punshiment for all christians.Jesus taught us to use no punishment and in most cases turn the other cheek and love even the enemy.Get proof or shut up plz

  • @algshan Oh so because your alleged "loving" god told someone else to kill that makes it all better now... Wow you have opened my eyes lol. By the way it is a bit ironic to ask for proof when your entire belief is based on faith (the absence of proof). Study the nicean decree if you want MORE proof. Oh placing your hand on your ears and yelling "lalalala" does not work lol... Funny how you never use knowledge or fact, only attacks. You are starting to bore me and are a lousy apologist.

  • @tsunami770 Did i say that made it ok?No,didn't I clarify that I go to christianity for spritual purposes not history?Yes,did i ever even describe god as loving?Nah don't think so.But your pompus athiest mind somehow made it all up and put it into a comment, but I'm on faith here eh?I watch what scientist come up with on where the world comes from idiot I never said i disbelieve them but you can't help making it up.You can't prove you point and in the comment you can barely stick to it.

  • @algshan No scientist claims to know the origin of the universe before the bang but that does not grant you the right to claim it was supernatural either. Can you prove that? It is painfully clear you don't know what you are talking about and calling me names or asking for proof when you don't have any backing your claims you make is just ludicrous. I get it, you created your own delusional "spiritual" version, still you cannot prove any of it is true though. Why are you so angry?

  • @tsunami770 Once again I said I don't believe the bible is history how are you dumb enough to still ask stuff like that and believe you're logical. And when did I claim it was supernatural?Oh right never, smh can you atleast make rebuttles to information thats valid.Ok I get you've made up this hardcore christian arguer in your mind and intend to use profiling instead of real info yet can you even find where I said any of it?Why am I mad?Because 99.9% of athiest are just a stupid as you are.SMH

  • @algshan Pointless complaints yet nothing! not a single subject other than general denials without any specifics. You tlak bible and then now deny belief in it history or not? You imply science is wrong about the universe? Great well how do you suggest it happened then? Come let us see what is your argument for proof of divine intervention. What are your spiritual beliefs then (other than being judgemental)? What secret are you privy to? Where is your theist intellect or logic then?

  • @tsunami770 I talk bible in the sense of spiritual enlightenment not one time did I say it was historically true in fact you only came up with that due to christian profiling.Where did the world come from?Idk not a scientist.Devine intervention?I didn't even bring that up,smfh.I believe in the truth,my secrets?Facts. My thiest intellect and logic is based on what is proven to be true, which is why everything I 've said about you is shown in your comments not made up in my head,EAT THAT!XD

  • @algshan Again... Spiritual means "that which is not perceived" so please define what you mean because to say spiritual enlightenment means nothing. Truth is obvious to all so which truth are you offering? Days ago I gave you the pages in which the bible instructs christians to act like barbarians and ever since then you have been locked on ad hominems. I asked for any proof or any argument that god is real b/c you claim to know truth and so far all I am eating is empty words... XD

  • @tsunami770 Wrong idiot spiritual refers to morals, life lessons, ect.,making up definitions too I asume. There is only one truth,I follow as much of the truth as possible but nobody knows it all.You gave me verses that give orders to specific groups from the past not modern day christains remeber I said "all christains",smh.Listen dispshit I never said god was real nether did I ever claim to have proof of his exist I've actually said the exact oppposite of that statement, try reading.

  • @tsunami770 Using your logic a look in a History book would immediatly prove america sucks just because we killed people in war completely ignoring the fact that it was done in effort to create a better place where people can be free,Your logic would probably stop you from eating because you may dislike the taste of food ignoring the fact that you need to.In other words your logic ignores the full length of the message for a pessimistic act of defamation.Just keep it to yourself dude really!

  • @algshan America doesn't suck please don't try strawman arguments. Which war are you talking about? Some were honorable and others were not very honorable. Did the end justify the means? that depends, we do have history to judge that... Oh and I am not keeping anything to myself. I will talk even if it kills you and you cannot stop me ok really dude... Dream on...

  • @tsunami770 I never said america sucked but I can certainly tell you suck and understand context clues, what i said wasn't claims it was examples of your broken logic.Keepin it to yourself is really the best thing to do for society since none of what you say helps but unfortunately its often those with the dumbest thoughts that are born with the biggest mouths.I pitty the ears that cross you.

  • @ZKoftherebellion what the fuck are you talking about? name me one person who is an authority on child psychology that says that a kid should do whatever he or she wants and the parents should be completely impotent. spoiled kids aren't the problem, but you're right about entitlements, those in wealth who feel entitled to their station, to other's resources, no matter how ill-gotten, etc. no you just stay there and believe that it's those damn kids....

  • How do the prisons profit? I'm curious :)

  • @walterweatherbee Private prisons make money the same way other 'govt. contractors' do. They get a contract from a state or the feds and they run the prison and any income after taxes and expenses is profit. They also have the prisoners work for 25 cents an hour. They even have their own call centers.. Employed by prisoners. & then their is their share holders.

  • @PSCreativeGaming Fuck you

  • why is 1984 so significant?

  • BUT...BUT...BUT YOU'VE GOT TO UNDERSTAND OFFICER JOHNSON, THAT MEXICAN PARSLEY ISN'T MINE!

  • If you break the law you don't deserve to have a job.

  • @leedaomillz

So 65 million people (out of a population of 311 million, so 21% of ppl) in the USA should be unemployed.

What should ppl do to take care of themselves if they cant have a job? Do you not see a vicious cycle here? Can't work, commit crime to pay bills/eat/etc?

Also, I would guess that YOU have broken at least one law in your lifetime. Downloaded copy righted material, speeding, smoked pot, drank underage, etc. Is it a logical punishment to make you unemployed forever?

  • @ojisama8 I've never broken a law that I'm aware of.

  • @ojisama8

The only option is to rob ppl like leedaomillz blind. But I guess he is more interested in creating a giant all American GULag for anyone who has broken one of his sacred laws.

  • Look up the case of Judge Mark Ciavarella. He contributed to this trend and now is imprisoned for bribery

  • It's impossible to get a job with a felony and they expect you to pay them every month for probation and when you can't pay you get arrested again, and again until your homeless and in dept to the police state stuck in the revolving door of the shitty system.

  • Police State here we are.

  • Police in & around Chicago would harass me in my fiends when I was a teenager all the time and arrest us if we didn't cower in fear or had an attitude they didn't like & charge us with disorderly conduct. Police are terrorist and it always makes me smile when I hear of one of them being shot & killed.

  • If you break the law you get arrested

  • i wonder does it count if the charges were nolled? because they proved i wasnt at fault.. i got to scare the hell out of some cops by ripping off my handcuffs though.. the terrified looks on their faces were priceless..

  • people i know who got arrested were so because of shoplifting and other criminal infractions. frankly, they should have been arrested, it's not a 'police state' if criminals get arrested ffs!

and 22% to 30% isn't "far far higher" you douchebag, more people live in cities now, many other factors also affect this statistic! way to make a story out of nothing.

  • @dattebenforcer yes because since you've never seen a person be arrested for no good reason means it never happens.

  • @stupidtrooper501 it happens, sure, but it's not a massive pandemic like that clown says it is.

  • @bigboywasim Standard Oil, US Steel and Microsoft are examples of monopolies. When you factor in electric and phone providers it seems monopolies are not that uncommon.

  • I live in the UK and have been arrested 8 times and am 21 with no criminal record, all arrests relating to protests. I think it has become normal to arrest people often unlawfully.

  • It's to get more slaves for the Prison Industrial Complex. Private prisons shouldn't be allowed EVER!

  • Just to clarify, it looks like they did a survey of 23 year olds, and a third of them had been arrested at least once before. It is not a third of EVERYONE under 23. That would include teens and children, which would make less sense. So it is estimated that a third of the population will be arrested once before they reach age 23.

  • Wow that's pretty harsh from Ana.

You get busted doing something wrong, your life is over.

  • Yes, and with TYT voting for making it ILLEGAL to NOT SNITCH on people who you SUSPECT may be "abusing children", the numbers of arrests would double swiftly.

  • @bigboywasim

Once again for your retarded ass.

"You think they would give a fuck if their bank failed if they had already made billions in the process?

    NO YOU RETARD."

They personally made billions by screwing over the company. What would make them stop that in a free market?

Nothing? That's right you useless retard.

So free market = were still in the same mess were in now, just that the banks never got bailouts.

    Yep, nothing would have improved.

  • @mecher3k Ad Hominem Fallacy. The current corporate structure is mandated by the government. There are laws, rules and regulations you have to follow to setup a corporation. Now in the free market corporations will not have people status. The shareholders will have more power. The compensation will be more in stocks. So if the CEOs do bad they lose a lot of their money. There will be no access to cheap money from the federal reserve and money will be tight. It is not that hard to understand.

  • 1/3 of people had been Anal raping !!!

  • I was arrested and charged of robbery when I was 14 years of age. It was an interesting experience to say the least. When I was 16 they cleared my record which allowed me to lead a fulfilling, successful and normal life without the fear of having a criminal record holding me back.

  • Shit happens!
