That's pretty much the best summary of the series.

@Marlfox70, this is the opening to the OVAs: chronologically speaking, they come before the TV series, and they revolve around the organization taking down ijins. you can notice this because the deep isn't a cripple yet, and the joker is still part of the good guys. HTH :3

@Marlfox70 The Paper Sisters first appeared in R.O.D the TV, which is a sequel to Read Or Die (R.O.D)... So, R.O.D came first before R.O.D the TV... If you watched first the Read Or Die, which is a movie, then you'll not get lost a little in the story of R.O.D the TV, which is in series...

the TV series are set a few years after the OVA and centre around a group of Paper master instead of Yomiko

This is one great OAV to watch, epescially that I got to see this on SCI FI which has Animondays. I rather Read than choose death, paper can also become bulletproof, love the skills of the Paper Yomiko Readman ^__^
