Bravo! I didn't get a chance to try the couches, but it looked like a lot of fun. Planning a trip back down there after I 4-link my rear, and I definately need to test it out on a crazy obsticle like that. Looks like he took a nasty line, too.... I guess if you can, why not? Nice rig, and I hope to see it in person at the park someday!
That was a nasty line. I've seen a lot of rigs attempt this climb, a few have made, most don't, but that was the 1st time I saw anyone approach it that square. Most run up it from the south and turn into it after they get on the big sloping rock. It was a sight to see.
Yeah, it took him several tries and I was really suprised he made it with the line he had in the video. I've spotted John Sumner on that climb a couple of times and you generally need to come at it from farther south than he did and cut it back to the left near the top landing you back right tire on the point of the lower rock. It seems to work.
It got a Vortech S-Trip super charger making right at 10lbs of boost on a fuel injected 302. It my shop truck "HD Fabrication" But I let Chad from Green Country Offroad take it out for the weekend since he is between projects. The thing has way more power than you ever need rock crawling... but is a total blast in the sand and mud with the charger. Thanks for posting up the video btw... Aaron/HD Fab

I didn't get a chance to look, but it sure sounded like it. He never did lay into it though.
