If Absent Distance doesn't become recognized worldwide, I'll be very disappointed with the metal community. To me, This sounds like the future of Metal.
@krunkjangles well there's already stuff like this out, so they're not really the future, but they're definitely a cut above most of their peers quality wise, they need to get a freakin record deal already.
@Erithlon Who Hasn't? I'm going to see them when they come to Cali. And in my opinion, they shouldn't have a singer. I enjoy their instrumentals and Bulb's work over Periphery, their singer just doesn't do them justice. Then again, I'm more into Mechina's singing.
it seems hard for "djent" metal to take off but soon this will be the standard. Fans will gather for this steller mood.
