  • you look like marilyn munroe here...beautiful

all the meds ive ever been given have only made me feel worse and more depressed if that....so i refuse to take any at all....i think i can only help myself and i feel better when its myself alone that pulls me out of the deep end....talking to people about it without getting backlash helps and i think its the best medicine anyone can have

  • Mine just have me Having crazy Dreams, and Really bad headaches.

  • I was really depressed for a long time. I had self destructive behaviors. I realized I didn't like being that way and so I started reading. I found out that just by changing your outlook you can change anything about your world. Learn how to have positive thoughts. Also your diet could have a lot to do with it. If you aren't getting all the nutrients your body needs it will effect you. It's common sense but the way America is today that sense isn't all that common.

  • For example you seem excited about loosing the ten pounds. why? probably because Hollywood and t.v. shoves a certain standard for beauty down your throat. In actuality loosing weight because of a drug is scary. That means someone has too much control over you.

  • This killed my wife.

  • This shit kills? It killed my wife in 3 weeks

  • ok i am being sarcastic. You seem like a nice girl. your doctor is making alot of money off you, dont forget that. If u want to feel better dont eat processed foods, drink lots of water excersize and stop taking your pills. Cut them down first. and then prepare yourself to feel like shit for a few days. It will be difficult. u WILL GO THROUGH WITHDRAWL. but when its done you will be clear headed. be tough. dont just do it cuz ur dr. says so. grow a spine. TAKE BACK YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yeah my brother did the same thing and he fine now he also said that meds ruined his sex drive

  • i got sad sometimes. then i got anti-depressants and then they didnt work and i took more, theni took stronger ones. my doctor really helped me out. i had a cut on my finger, and he said anti-depressants would help. now my life is wonderful. he gave me some diet pills too. how wonderful yyaaayyyyyy!!!! iM GONNA GO EAT A BIG MAC AND WATCH BACKTOBACKTOBACK EPISODES of dancing with the stars.I LOVE AMERICA. only in america. i have to take some pills now yyyaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy pills!!!!

  • The paranoia just means the pills are working. If u get worse just double ur doseage. If u bothers you a little bit, u should just take an extra pill sometimes. Also there are some pills u can get for your side affects, just ask your doctor for these pills. It just sounds to me like you need more anti-depressants ask your doctor maybe u need stronger pills, and more of them and then some new pills for your side effects, they also have side effects but there are pills u can get for that ask ur Dr

  • Stay off that crap! I knew a man who killed himself and with NO reason at all-a very wealthy business owner who had everything going 4 him.

A family man that shocked all that knew him by a senseless, pointless death. Just like tobacco the truth about this multi billion dollar industry will become known eventually. Some know the truth already...if you don't believe me just stay on it and see 4 u'r self-the paranoia will turn into a monster that has claimed lives before.

  • dont take especially since you took it for the wrong reasons in the first place.your a pretty girl and it seems to me youve got a good head on your shoulders and you know right from wrong,to me you dont need phyc meds girl

  • you drank so much bc it makes your mouth really dry i drink 2-3 galons of water a day

  • believe it or not, drinking that much water is actually healthy... regardless of medication side effects.

  • yah i know besides u have to pee all the time....

  • Please do not take more drugs, whether they are street drugs or presribed. There are no pills for life's problems. Research the history of neuroleptic/psychotropic meds such as antidepressant and antipsychotics and you will be unpleasantly surprised. There are enough warnings on youtube from people suffering the consequences. Seek alternative therapies. No one can make bad past experiences go away, but masking them will only numb you and put off dealing with them.

  • I find it hard to understand why physicians are still prescribing this garbage. Any one who feels they are doing them a favour should be aware that the drug companies did not reveal the fact that they performed no better than placebo in drug trials. Whilst not condemning antidepressants the British health authorities are trying to persuade practitioners to use alternative treatments such as talking therapies nutrition and exercise, A better and healthier way to control a weight problem too. X

  • @crispy336 I was prescribed Tramadol because I play amateur baseball and lift weights and I suffer from severe depression as well and it helps with muscle pains and depression but I have noticed that It turns me into a completely different person... I have a severe loss of apetite and have gotten a bit on the skinny side "which is bad" My mind if in the clouds constantly, I don't feel like I am actually with it half the time, crazy dreams and visions, very serious paranoia.. I feel like her.

  • Unfortunately my earlier reply seems to have been censored. Basically I suggested researching the drug you are being prescribed before you ingest it and you might make a decision with informed consent. Tramadol does have an impressive list of unpleasant side effects that you can find if you google it.

  • Please take yourself off anti-depressants asap, but slowly and gradually. They will probably give you problems with withdrawal that can be dangerous. Research the evidence of antidepressants and their effects. Type in antidepressant education and you will be surprised and possibly shocked by what is going on in the world of pharmacy. Prolonged use could lncrease your future vulnerability to depression if you do manage to come off successfully.

  • at first i really liked the weight loss and that jump it put in energy. but it gave me anxiety and that sick feeling and annoyance with everything. it was good for getting me out of the bed and getting things done, but quality of life sucked.

  • Im on prozac... i find it actually alright. Not many side effects at all. However when i take other medicines i always get this really weird smell that stays up my nose. Anyone else get this?

  • It also makes me concetrate better. Welbutrin is awesome.

  • For some reason, I started taking Welbutrin, I tend to pee more. I did lose weight. But those are the only side effects. It's worked great for me. It's worked better then paxil.

  • if you aren't eating enough, a low blood-glucose level can mimic symptoms of depression.

Have you tried Effexor (venlafaxine) ?

  • I think you mean anxiety ... not really clinical paranoia. Anxiety is REALLY common side effect for SSRI meds.

  • I am on wellbutrin to help me stop smoking. Since I have been on it I have had an increased sex drive its like I always feel sort of horney. Did anyone else get this symptom?

  • @jessid416 yeah

  • @ShroomSamich - Thank god I am not alone. I would be driving down the street or watching the news and these urges would come on, I thought I was going crazy. Otherwise, this med has really helped me with my smoking.

  • A friend of mine had a very different experience on Wellbutrin or Zyban as it is also known. He became paranoid and started accusing his wife of poisoning his food. It is a psychtropic drug with mind altering side effects. Take it for long enough and you could suffer consequences. There is plenty of evidence on youtube if you look for it.

  • @crispy336 Well luckly this didn't happen to me. I am almost done with my meds. I have 4 more of taking it 2x a day and then I will start tapering off. I can't wait to be off of this. From Thanksgiving, X-mas, and my graduation I could not celebrate and have a drink. Hopefully I won't have any bad side effects coming off of it. I am not in to taking medications (bad allergic reation experience) however, this has helped me tremendously with my smoking. Thanks for the info.

  • @crispy336 - At one point I did think/wonder if this med made me irritable or if it was the nicotine withdrawl. Sometimes I feel like I have an increased sense of hearing and my mouth is always dry. Also, I never suffered from depression but I thought that this med would give me more engery. I don't understand how this med is suppose to help people that suffer from depression when a person who doesn't suffer from depression feels no uplifting effect? What your opinion on this?

  • My son had an extreme reaction to antidepressant. It is not well known that these meds can cause psychosis/mania as well as a host of severe reactions. They are all metabolised by enzymes in the liver and many people are unable to absorb them properly so basically they poison the brain. The pharmaceutical companies did not reveal that in their clinical trials they acted no better than placebo. This explains why you felt no uplifting effect. You did not expect them to lift a depression.

  • An extract from emed website : Although most people tolerate Wellbutrin well, there are some potential side effects of the medication. Common Wellbutrin side effects can include agitation, weight loss, and a dry mouth. In many cases, Wellbutrin side effects are minor and can easily be treated by you or your healthcare provider. However, there are several side effects of Wellbutrin that you should report to your healthcare provider, including a fast heart rate, seizures, and hallucinations.

  • Aww man it makes me feel paranoid

its is the medication it is terrible!

Tell your doc you want to be off of them its makes me hyper and confused and i have flashbacks and everything that I look at morfs into something else it IS

  • Effexor made me feel just like you are describing. It even caused me to be physically ill, along with constant headaches. I also got VERY dizzy.. I don't know how I feel about antidepressants anymore. I've been on at least 10 different ones and I hate the feeling you get after awhile.. that numb, can't feeling anything whether it be bad or good, either extremes, kind of feeling. I had decided to try yet another medication to help my anxiety and I was still right about how they make me feel!

  • It's a very good medication for depression, at least for me it has been. It makes me very alarmed at some sounds. It makes sex better. Initially felt very agitated that wore off. Weight neutral. It's not very good for anxiety... But I do like how it doesn't deaden your emotions like many other antidepressant and other pills do. I would rather be a bit fretful than feeling dead. mreow mreow

  • Ive had paranoia and I get pissed of really easy. For the most part I'm easy going but it makes me want to kick someone's ass. And I have really crazy dreams.

  • I never had the problems you mention using wellbutrin other than a slight headache to start. I made my vision very clear. after 4 years of using it I had to stop as it didn't work anymore. I consider this to be my own fault as I should have stopped using it probably after 6 months or a year--to see if I needed it. I am not on any antidepressants. At the time I took wellbutrin I needed it. The hard part is knowing when your body is repairing and when you don't need it

  • Mine makes me get really agrivated and I blow up at my family for stupid things. I also get jumpy with crap. I don't feel like it's helping me much. It kinda makes me feel really bad, but I don't know. I've been taking it for all most 3 months.

  • Also - try a different medication. Plenty of people I know have found the right medication for them not until about the third one they try.

  • 300mg a day is a lot to be on after such a short time. And to start on 150mg a day is way too much. Most people should do the first week or two on about 75mg and then build up to 150mg. To take anything more than 150mg is meaning you're suffering from serious depression. See another doctor for a second opinion.

  • the standard dose of wellbutrin IS 300mg a day. You start at 200mg a day, and go up to 300mg. you take a 150mg in the morning and another at night. The dose does indeed sound high, but it's just how they medication works. 400mg of advil for a headache is nothing, but you'd only need 5 or 10 of percocet.

I take wellbutrin, and it had worked very well for me. No side effects, and helps a tremendous amount.

  • when i was on wellbutrin it did things to my skin and gave me homicidal and suicidal thoughts. i even had these creepy dreams which i cannot describe. i thought it was supposed to do the opposite.

  • I'm on a different medication and since I've been on it I've had the most screwed up intense dreams. I never ever use to have nightmares or stressful dreams - just fun/silly/bizarre stuff. Now about 3 times a week my dreams totally drain me and I get cold sweats. It sucks. I'm thinking of going off them. If I miss one I get terrible dizzy spells, so I'm going to wait til the holidays to detox. My motivation to do things has gone due to the medication and my sleep patterns are fucking ridiculous.

  • hang in there its gonna get tough.

  • No one should take this shit. MANY, many people I know take this as some kind of solution to anything?

Would you take heroin....no of course not because its illegal and your doctor does not push it onto you!

Your messing with the ONE thing (apart from your face) that is the core YOU!!

Don't do it, chat to me and will make you laugh instead...LOL ha ha!

  • you should get your blood pressure checked, both sitting and standing, dizziness is caused by low blood pressure and sometimes it can get lower whne you stand instead of getting higher like its supposed to and make you faint. for your paranoia, depression meds can cause anxiety, you might want to add an anti-anxiety medication and you'll feel so much better.

  • You should talk to your doctor. They should know how to switch you to a different medication. Don't worry about it being your prescription. I work at a vet's, and the doctors there sometimes have to switch prescriptions because the medications are not working, or the side effects are too bad. It's normal. But seriously, TALK TO MR. OR MRS. DOCTOR ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • go to hell if you dont like it dont watch it mother fucker just cuz your life sucks that doesnt mean you can go around making every1 esles life worse so FUCK OFF AND GO TO HELL MOTHER FUCKER!!!!!!!

  • dude your a ignorant fucking scourge of society... its people like why that make some people do this shit the only people on earth who should be killing themselfs are people like you, SwollenCranium fucking ass hole

  • Yeah. I'm on Prozac, well.. it's a generic brand called Fluoxetine HCL, and I'm on 10 mg, but i'm also only 15. it has helped me, but it makes me nauseous, hungy and tired. I don't have any other side effects, thank god. I've been on it for a little over a month now, and it really helps with my mood swings. I'm not really sure if I'm depressedor bi-polar, because my mood changes in a second, a lot of the time, but this medication is made to treat both, so I really like it.

  • It makes you feel sick because all that ant-depressant shit is fuckin poison. Expensive poison pushed on us by big pharma. The crap that they give kids is as dangerous as any street drug, and as addictive, and its all done for PROFIT. My advice is to sort your issues out and get off the meds. Except Xanax... thats nice.

  • Yea

Im really bad with my meds because as soon as I start feeling or seeing side effects I want to stop. I do this every couple of months, Like right now I'm off of them but feel fine, after I noticed my hair falling out, and always feeling dizzy. I know its not good and that probably when I start feeling down I will try them again.

  • I was given Prozac, and while it reduces the depression it also leaves me feeling listless and just dulls everything. Fortunately one of my friends had some marijuana, and I found it not only got rid of my depression but left me feeling pretty good. I think a lot of the banned drugs have very useful therapeutic applications

  • make sure u are talking the name brand not the generic it's a night and day difference. Also dont take the extended release either

  • Why does it always get worst before it gets better, i also would fall into a coma like sleep 15 minutes after taking it and had horrible vivid dreams and had to fight myself to wake up. So weird. But now they have me on Lamictal and lexapro

  • When I first started taking Lexapro I went through hell and didn't understand why. I self injured more, had crying spells for no apparent reason and couldn't stop, I felt more depressed and felt sick like with a cold. I couldn't get out of bed but that was not any different than before but it sucked I thought it was gonna help me but then I found myself trying to harm and plot my death when on it. After a month or so it got better but I noticed my body and shape of my face changed too.

  • When I was taking tegretol, I got stupid and wanted to kill myself badly. Abilify worked for awhile then became pointless. I had some strange withdrawal issues from that one. Staying focused on stuff, best I can, and not stressed makes my issues not as bad. A small amount of stress causes serious issues. I'm worthless. I have to recite what I say.. otherwise it comes out as gibberish. That's why I like to computer.

  • Zoloft made we wicked paranoid and even worse than I was before. I have now been on effexor-xr for the past 4 years and my problem now is I can't get off it the withdrawals are incredably horrible and every time I try to reduce my dose, it actually ends up increasing, Serequal was prescribed 2 years ago and now its like apathy pills take the 'feel' out of feeling, Its like living in a fish bowl really.

  • Ihated zoloft, i flushed it down the toilet and ask the doctor for wellbutrin, but she gave me the sr, not the xl, which I wanted instead

  • I know what you mean by getting more depressed i was takeing zoloft and i had to go off of it for like 3 days cuz i was so sick i couldnt keep them down and even thought i was sick i felt less depressed i dont know if it was the zoloft or the naltrexon that did that cuz i stoped taking then at the same time but no i feel better off of them then on them

  • Yeah it's total water weiught fluctuation. I'm on Wellbutrin and it makes me urinate constantly. I work out 6 days a week and watch my diet. I haven't seen any weight fluctuation on Wellbutrin. Headaches and heart palpitations though.

  • I lost 20 pounds on Welbutrin within the first two weeks of taking it and experienced severe confusion. I started taking it over vacation so when I returned everyone thought I had become anorexic and the guidance counselor attributed my weight loss and confusion to probable drug use.

  • wow!! lucky you! im on wellbutrin now i am experiences severe headaches did you get that too?

  • wellbutrin xl or sr?

  • i was taking anti depressants, and its not just the medication, you always fear things, like noises or sleep, but the medication magnifies it, well in my experience. if that makes sense?X

  • anti depressants are okay. they dont always work. i really had break though symtoms.

  • my psychiatrist said that i'll probably need them soon ;S i'm all nervous now T.T

& i emails you like 4-6 months back, never got a reply ;(

  • Wellbutrin / Buproprion made me angry all the time, and made my hair fall out. Careful with it.

  • I used to take Fluvoxamine

My appetite was really bad for the first few weeks, i lost 4kgs on it.

The side effects were bad on me. I had a flu like thing (like you) and i was always sleepy, i still couldnt concentrate and it didnt stop me self injuring. I was stil hurting myself, even more than beforehand.

    xx

  • welbutrin made me worse it made me suicidal and i over dosed on that and alomst died... and doing weed on it may cause the side effects worse and more anxious and more forgetful too i think i lol cant really remeber but i was off taht so quick

  • yo i take welbutrin and ativan and do drugs will i die?

  • hey there the video is recorded!!!

  • i did aswell more sideeffects then its worth....

i take only the ones that realy help

i was on wellbutrin ef i was all over the map

water i could not get enuff water

  • go natural with the 5-htp...ive gone from 300 mg to 75 mg of effexor in two weeks without any withdrawls..doctors dont even know about these pills. theyre natural. i sleep better, my libido is better, i dont have nightmares anymore..the list goes on and on

  • I would switch if i were you.

    I'm on Paxil and its...........okay i suppose.

My side-effects are being TIRED, YAWNING LIKE CRAAAAZY, my jaw shakes like crazy so everyone always thinks i'mcold, loss of appetite and forgetfulness. Forgetting things was the worst before summer. i went from an A to an F in English!

  • I took Paxil, and I yawned all day, sometimes yawning 6 times in a row! I hated Paxil.

  • Welbutrin made my depression worse. I would stop taking them. It made me more suicidal.

  • Sry for the long cmnt. My friend was on zoloft for a few years, it was scary for her, she started to her voices and stuff, so I gave her the advice to change medecine slowly, I dont know if she did...

  • It might make you more suicidal, but thats one of the side effects that can occur after about 2-3 weeks since you started taking them, and then you will slowly feel better especially if you are in therapy. Thats my experience. I was on citalopram for some years, they made me really dizzy, dry mouth, fatigue, drowsiness, sweating, trembling, inomnia etc. etc. The best way to cope, is to have some1 with you at all times the first few weeks, so you dont do something stupid.

  • THese pharmaceutical companies are making way too much money, to deny that maybe they lack credibility

  • why u on Depresion ?U dont look at all Depresed in My Opiiion, when Im Depreresed I dont feel like doing any video at all, its hard to do anythit at all, but how u define "DEpresion"?

  • depression doesn't have a specific "way" you're supposed to look. Anyone can suffer from depression, etc. It also affects people in different ways.

  • well, Im not surew about that, one does look bad when u realy Depresed n its somtihg on minorities I belive, but wed have to define Depreison first, anyway, u dont look Depresed here at all in my opinion , and to me Depresion its somthing that fcks up in a way that u dont want do videos, u go panic, and want to die and its the fucin worst existenical feeling , I thin its the worst thing ever, Ive sufered it n u can see some of that on my videos

  • bit of bold statement, u cant say someone isnt depressed because of how they look or act, people say i look really happy, but its what goes on on the inside!

  • I just said, F it, and I don't take anything now. i'm very happy and have no side effects.

...drugs are bad. ALL of them.

  • Your hot!

  • Hi, I was just wondering what happened to you on the lexapro? I've just been on it after being on prozac, zoloft and then cymbalta. I'm now on lexapro and seroquel...interested in your thoughts

  • I see a psychologist, they cannot perscribe things which is so annoying, like i feel shit, proably not to the extent that you do but pretty horrible, and i like just want to try anything :S idk why im writing this lol it has nothing really to do with your video and it doesnt really do anything but state the fact that i can't get anti-depressence. :S

  • on effexor for 2 weeks and felt much worse but it can take along time to get used to it, it's a common effect. n.Once I adjusted I found it beneficial, it takes a long time up to 3-6 weeksI was on xanax and asthma inhaler for a chronic cough. Once I went on the effexor the cough vanished and once I adjusted, which is hard, I felt the benifit.

Talk to your G,P. or psychiatrist about the side effects. .

I hope you feel better really soon. Daniel, Ireland

  • i also found that i couldn't sleep for a few weeks, paranoia and amnesia are also side effects. i had dizzyness, sickness, nausea, bruxism (grinding your teeth) and clenching my jaw like i was on drugs or something.

    really wierd.

after 2 weeks all my side effects subsided and i feel much better now a month into it.

stick to them, anti-depressants have an adverse effect to some people, you are just a bit unlucky is all :/

  • that is an awfully huge dose to be taking ?

i'm currently taking an anti-depressant called 'citalopram'.

i also found i had alot of strange side effects, and feeling dehydrated was one of them. lost my appetite for about a week and lost about 6 pounds but i found it very hard to keep these pounds off as my appetite was gained.

you must really try to eat something on those tabs as you will make yourself feel very poorly.

  • Cipralex made me feel worse. I felt super happy then super depressed. and I drank myself into a blivion twice and I went off it and self harmed really rreally badly following a bottle of vodka. I dont recomend it. its awful.

  • but should i stil take medication??? i feel like obviously if my life changed in ways i want it too i would feel happy, but that option isnt available in the near future...so i feel unless i start to take something now, ill be forced to press on with this feeling of depression still inside me

  • No!!!!!!! Do not go on medication. Medication is the major cause of real depression and problems and thoughts of suicide. Do not!!! Things will get better, they really will. Spend time outdoors in the sun. Surround yourself with positive people, and lastly.... The way we think is the way we feel. So, immediately replace a negative thought with a positive one. Just snuff out the bad thought immediately.

  • Also, get away... GET AWAY! from those who are like you. Get near those who have different opinions and discuss life and beliefs with them. All kinds of doors will be opened. I'm not saying to abandon your true good friends, just move away from the depressed ones for the time being until you are in a position where you can help them.

Did I mention to stay away from medication? These drug companies are only in the business for the buck.

  • When the doctors don't know what to do with you, they simply stick you on a drug. Why? One of the reasons is that they receive "kickbacks" from the drug companies. Another, they have coming back for more!

  • i feel like shit all the time, and have been to a therepist once, he told me i should go on medication and keep attending, i did neither, figureing that what i was going through would pass, its now a year later and though the problem i was facing then has past, i still find myself feeling more depressed than ever...i know its a result of the way my life is going though, not just like a weird chemical inbalance

  • I love Vilift, it really is the best. no side effects and really alleviate my mood.

  • I worked in a pharmacy for 10 yrs. Get off of that bullshit. But, don't quit cold turkey.

See your physician and tell him you will be stopping this treatment. Can't you tell America's being brain washed by the drug companies??

  • Ooooh, pretty

With the black and white, you remind me of the movie star chicks in the 1930's and 40's.

Yeah, Effexor made me really depressed. Not cool. Made me feel like I was dying. Causes physical symptoms.

I hope you were able to find some meds that really help you.

Oh, and if you want to use any of my vids for your website, that would be an honor. I look forward to seeing it up and running.

Thanks for working so hard to help us. ;)

  • my guess is your 'paranoid' thoughts are caused by the new medicine. these problems with thinkng and anxiety tend to be more pronounced when you start a new antidepressant. so much so that a good doctor will also prescribe an anti anxiety benzo like klonopin for the first few weeks or so when you start an antidepressant. taking any of these meds to 'lose weight' is a really bad idea...they aren't 'comfortable meds' to deal with they ALL and have all kinds of nasty side effects.

  • it wigged me out - made me very nervous and also jittery - so i stopped taking it. btw, prozac may reduce appitite too. zoloft and paxil tend to cause weight gain. lexapro and cymbalta - no ideas on those except lexapro really caused me to have very weird thoughts about life in general. couldn't take it! even 10 mg was too much.

  • ive been taking wellbutrin for like a month and have experienced no side effects or positive effects from it :|

  • I gained 10 pounds in 4 months on Wellbutrin and I haven't changed anything in my diet/exercise routine. I consider myself a healthy person with a high motabolism. I know why I gain weight when I do and I know how to lose it. Wellbutrin ruins everything. Not only can it make you gain weight. It's impossible to lose it. It also made me super irritable!

  • with Vilift i didn't get any side effects. i really love it, it's the best i've tried.

  • Wellbutrin is a horrible drug!!! I was a train wreck waiting to happen after the 1st week I took it! They should take that off the market! Side effects are awful!!!!

  • back it down to 100 mg a day that is the best dose when i was on it.

  • okay well im only 13 and i started taking my anti depresent when i turned 12. i dont know much about mine but i do know that when i first started taking it i got head aches and stomache aches alottt. but its gotten better. i suggest to try a different brand or just try to wait it out

  • Ive been on prozac for a few weeks now and things have only got worse. Ive been feeling more depressed and I have even less energy than before. Ive been having alot of side affects too. xxx

  • get off ASAP.

when I was first on that, it made things worse.

talk with your doctor, its not good.

just yea, it would be a good idea. :]

  • i was on them from year 5 to year 11 did drugs for most of that time i dont feel like a normal human anymore cant explain it been through so much want to die . if i was dead i wouldnt feel shit i wouldnt have any feelings . i guess its the only option . ohwel ahaha .

  • My best friend started self-injuring when she was nine. Our senior year in high school her doctor subscribed her paxil and it actually made her more depressed and anxious and she attempted suicide two weeks later.

If any medicine ever makes you feel unhappy or makes your life even more difficult or stressful, do not take it.

  • Wellbutrin is known to cause hallucinations and Auditory hallucinations as well. I was taken off wellbutrin because of the fact i was hallucinating.

  • I experience similar side effects but wellbutrin 300mg is very effective in my depression treatment. i would give it time, it seems your dosage was raised quickly. Most of my side effects dwindled away - paranoia ( i still react too quickly to cars in traffic), occasional eyesight, and I rarely sleep over 6 hours, but I can't sing it's praises enough as far as effectiveness

  • I've never taken wellbutrin. I was subscribed Prozac at one point. It was awful! It stopped me from cutting, only because it turned me into a zombie. I wouldn't do anything. i'd just lie around the house and when I was upset I'd just sit and sulk in my feelings(instead of cutting) but i only felt worse!

  • prozac did the SAME thing to me! wow, glad to know i'm not alone in that!

  • I've been on wellbutrin xl 150mg for 3 days now and I have had the most awful weird dreams. also littlee bit of chest pain. anyone else having this problem.

  • i just started taking bupropion100mg. which is substitute for wellbutrin.I also noticed what u described from the water to the insomnia. The thing that i hate the most is the awful rapid heartbeat and anxiety.I am currently in recovery and on 30mg of methadone as well. The bupropion was given to me for the morning to help with being so sluggish and stale. My suggestion to u is that u upped ur dose too quick..why dont u try 100mg or 75mg and start with that the side affects WILL BE LESS. peace:)

  • I suffer from anxiety really bad. I am taking effexor, which is great on controlling my anxiety, but I have gained 30 pounds, and it's hard to get this weight off. I hope you feel better my friend. Thank you!

  • Thank you for putting his video up! It has helped me. I will keep watching.

  • every anti depressant i have ever taken has made me more depressed. i gained over 40 lbs with meds and so far Seroquel has been the worst for me. it put me to sleep 5 minutes after taking it, made me sleep all day, gave me out-of-body syndrome and caused muscle twitching. most of these side effects have been permanent as well. Lamictal seems to work for a ton of people...but so far it seems to be making me more depressed as well...

  • I took wellbutrin for a week and a half, I wasn't able to eat, I was nauseous after eating anything, I would never take it again.

  • How sure are you and what is your proof that this is really true? Because if it is, I will definitely try it.

  • I've been on wellbutrin xl 150 mg for 12 days and feel shitty as well. I'm more anxious/depressed, nauseous, bloated, constipated, increased heart rate (maybe from anxiety. I have lost 5 pounds though. I'm going to stick with it for 1 month and if it's not better, I'm stopping it. Good luck!

  • There's a channel that I viewed recently titled, "cherylspeaksout." It's frightening. It shows the potential dangers of taking too high a dose of any psych med. This woman now has permanent brain damage because she was given too many, and too much, psych meds (such as Lamictal, etc). I have seen effects, which are common, in others who take psych meds such as lethargy, mental slowing, etc. I DON'T want to end up in a vegetative state.

  • From what I've read, it looks like you stopped taking Wellbutrin. Good :-). That dosage sounds incredibly high--when I heard 300mg, I thought WHOA!

I have taken Prozac with good results in the past, but these days, it doesn't work as well. I am now on Lexapro (20mg) and Lamictal (25mg). My pdoc knows that I dislike taking psych meds, and he has been supportive of this. Because I don't really need Lamictal, and it is causing horrid side effects, he is slowly titrating down. Are you on meds?

  • You must not take any

    its bad stuff

    all drugs are poison

    not cure anyting

  • lolz

  • wellbutrin helped as an add-on to paroxitine for side effects-increased apitite and the sexual side effects-but after a week i had to stop, because it amped me up and i was having anxiety troubles and weird thoughts and dreams.

  • all of them make me feel worse!!! im on wellbutrin 300 mgs and there just makeing me feel worse

  • I refuse to take any anti-depressants. They do really strange things to me. The worst was prozac, made me feel more depressed and really aggressive!! Ive been on about 10 different anti depressants and have NEVER got any help from any of them, they make me feel so sick and worse! I take valium occassionally but thats not exactly great for you, im not addicted though at least. I think talking therapy has to be the way to go when you have deep routed issues. Hope youre doing better now. x

  • I just started taking Lexapro on Tuesday and the side effects are god awful. It seems like side effects of any antidepressant are unavoidable. It's such a trial and error process, but I'm hoping things will get better within a few weeks. Thanks for all your videos, I love them.

  • If I cross my eyes a little, you look like you have 3 eyes.

  • LOL, I did it and it kind of does. Well, that's one way to entertain yourself. :P

  • Are you still on Wellbutrin?

  • I'm not, no. It was messing with me... So I never got past the second month. Why?

  • 300mg? that is a serious dosage.. where are the US? coz the UK (where i am) doctors can only prescribe up to 60mg, maybe a lower dosage might help

im on citialopram, (cipramil) and the first week was awful for side effects .. they should slowly get better - but still thats one hell of a dosage your on sullen girl.. i'd ask about that xx

  • Anyone else on duloxetine and zyprexa? Cuz was on citalipram, but that didnt so much for me so have been put on these and I am so spaced out + hace been asleep for 24 hours aside from a few wakings up.

  • have you tried smoking some weed ? or ingesting some weed? sativa strains work great for my depression.

  • I've been taking citalopram and it makes me feel so conked out and on my own planet, ive also become rly jittery like jumping all the time its rly embarressing! xx

  • if you know for your self you are depressed or have mental degradation you should not be advising or giving advise at all you might not be aware but you could be giving wrong information ( not intentionally your mental process just dose not work properly )this is not towards you its a statement by me i have the right to say anything i want its up to you to listen

  • stop taking them i kinda had the same symptoms not fun

  • my anti depresents made me feel stoned and made me self harm and like u said i heard things im off them now

  • You're so pretty. I wish you all the best.

    <3

  • i used to take lexapro.

it made me have suicidal thoughts

  • 300 mg is entirly to much i take welbutrin i think it is an awful drug but i havnt had ne of these side effects but i only take 100 mg mayb u should try xanax or just smoke sum bud herbs r way better 4 u than scripts. scripts r the number three cause of death in america.

  • this is poison you're being given, you need to really slowly get off this drug and ANY drugs!

  • You know I am taking Wellbutrin SR 150mg. I really haven't run into that many problems except for sometimes I have horrible insomnia, and then there are also times I deal with paranoid thoughts (not to bad), the ear thing has just started. The eating situation, it does affect my appetite. But this medicine has helped me through my depression

  • On a plus side, I haven't cut since I started the meds.

  • I've been on Lexapro (20mg) since Jan. Mild hallucinations are an occasional side effect. Recently I've started taking Cymbalta as well (30 mg) and the hallucinations are somewhat more frequent. Psychological side effects such as these are... probably not that bad. Just remember that they're just caused by a shift in brain chemistry.

  • im on lexapro too.. and gabirill
