A phenotype is any observable characteristic or trait of an organism: such as its morphology, development, biochemical or physiological properties, behavior, and products of behavior (such as a bird's nest). Phenotypes result from the expression of an organism's genes as well as the influence of environmental factors and the interactions between the two. The building units are generated from a set of (genes) which express themselves in a site specific point cloud. visit biosarch.com for more
I think it might look a bit more striking with a more reflective texture. I find curved surface respond well to reflections. At least they do in Maya. nice.
Very inspiring and creative architecture though I highly doubt anyone would be able to find his apartment inside such a structure without getting totally lost.
Do you want to live in a home that requires you to navigate inside with a GPS? :D
I love that Movie but I believe the dream world at the base of the subconscious should have been a little more radical. If I dress up for Halloween this year I would use my Halliburton Zero briefcase and some surgical cord and become an inception character.
@cll12345 so true on the subworld thing. if two of the greatest “architects” had the eqivalent of 50 years to build whatever they wanted, it should ve been better than a bunch of skyscrapers.
I learned more about how to make architecture in this project than I have on any project you would think looks like real architecture. It taught me how to script, use flexible asssociative parametric geometries, new animation techniques etc . All of which helped me creat over 10,000,000 sqft of airports and hospitals in the last year alone. So in the end I don't care what you think is wrong, but I'll take creative.
does anyone know if it is possible to add textures to a GC model in 3DS Max? and are there any conversion problems when exporting one to the other? thanks for any help
has no sense
