I myself live in wv and i think this arrest was an outrage that was bullshit and i believe that the arresting officer should be striped of his duty as a police officer and made to apologize publicly to the person that was arrested. Because he acted out of angry instead of protecting and serving as his job title entails

Why does someone think they are entitled to a career as a police officer for completing a policemans' 16 week bootcamp?.The public should be allowed to critque and film police for protection.Police are public figures cause they have the power of arrest. @hotrodrandolph I would expect anyone to give the officer the benefit of the doubt. I started recording this video after the officer used foul language while talking to my little brother. The only thing I did NOT capture was how hateful he was at the beginning of the stop and the way he cussed my family and I while he had me in the back of his car. I decided to wait for him outside (it was sunday and the lot was empty), out of nowhere a cop drove up and started asking me questions like, "What are you doing here?" treating me like I am a criminal of some sort. I was leaning against MY car, in broad DAYLIGHT. I'm generally "cool" headed, but when stuff like this happen, I let them know where their authority ends and where mine starts.

The job market is competetive including the one for police officers. Why does someone think they are entitled to a career as a police officer for completing a policemans' 16 week bootcamp?.The public should be allowed to critque and film police for protection.Police are public figures cause they have the power of arrest. The only thing I did NOT capture was how hateful he was at the beginning of the stop and the way he cussed my family and I while he had me in the back of his car. Is PPD holding the police report to avoid furthur embarrassment hoping you will run out of time.He said you were under arrest for obstruction so where's the report? Would live to know how much money this outrage has cost you. That's part of PPD's strategy to furhtur damage you by costing you alot of money for an arrest that was totally outrageous. PPD loves to do economic violence and they hope you won't have any money to fight back. They hope you will have to plea bargain so they can get credit for another "trick" an arrest even though a false one- with a magistrate to back them they've increased their odds. As a last resort they can always police immunity

Seen the video and looks like Board has another PPD tort lawsuit liability. Would live to see the police report on this one. How Board wrote it up as opposed to how it actually happened live on video. Bad cops write up phoney police reports,exaggerate or outright lie and hope the magistrates buy it. They do here! that is EXACTLY why i use the old yes sir... no sir routine. most cops arent looking to ding you for registration, they use that as an excuse to sniff around for drugs and guns ect...which is FINE with me because they need to get REAL criminals off the street, but these guys should have been left with a warning, you would have to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on lawyers to go anywhere though, is it really worth it?

Yes the key is the that the ass stench must come from a falsely arrested person. It is somewhat more pungent due to terror and the confusion of not knowing what the falsely accused offender has done. This favored PPD aroma was arrived at after an intense search for fragrances by former disgraced PPD detective Holliday and some of the other lazy farts at the station. They have alot of time on their hand to experiment. Once when a false arrest hadn't bathed for 3 days- perfect 10.

This video was taken about 15 - 20 minutes into the traffic stop. Before recording started, we could clearly see that the demeanor of the officer was hateful. When he initially came to the car, before the recording started, he used foul language when speaking to my younger brother. I started the recording to protect my younger brother

Or this is my favorite: My tags got stolen and i didn't know so i got a ticket for it. Or maybe this one: My front license plate got mud on it and some of the letters couldn't be read but got a ticket for that one too. So who they trying to protect again????

I decided to wait for him outside (it was sunday and the lot was empty), out of nowhere a cop drove up and started asking me questions like, "What are you doing here?" treating me like I am a criminal of some sort. I was leaning against MY car, in broad DAYLIGHT. I'm generally "cool" headed, but when stuff like this happen, I let them know where their authority ends and where mine starts.

It turned out that one of them named Holliday had kiddie porn on his home computer and he said it was evidence.The PPd has been front page news lately around here. They're the perverts and to hide they accuse everyone else of it.
