Interesting theory about sam00722, Harvey. He's either Earth-2 Batman, or just another imitator. Either way, it appears he has not posted up another vlog in a month.
As for Harley, I believe either HARLEYMK69 or JokersHarle is the real Harley. The rest just seem to be teenage girls who have a crush on The Joker (most likely the result of Heath Ledger playing him in Dark Knight) who can't even afford a decent costume, or take the time to apply their clown makeup correctly.

That's what I think. He COULD be from Earth-2, but it was supposedly wiped from existance, so that seems unlikely.
