Ok for all of you who didn't know that is Sasami from tenchi muyo They did a spin off of the character Pretty Sammy from the Mihoshi special and she got her own series in japan, we only got a three part ova and this was made long before the crappy magical girls club.

Wasn't Pretty Sammy originally just a parody of all magical girls? which is why they make it so "extreme" in a sense to make fun of how magical girls are always naked and doing cutesy winks and showing off their panties and even just giggle about that.

then the producers realized the amount of positive feedback of Pretty Sammy and decided to turn it into an actual series. :D which is Magical Project S. I love it!
