Its my guess, and this is just a guess. that years of sing the same musical style have drastically damaged Marilyn mansons voice, i think marilyn manson is a great artist, but he hasnt sounded great live for a few years now. i think his voice is damaged
he sounds like he's been doing too much screaming and cocaine for too long..
