1)take dynamics into consideration.

2)loooosen up baby

3)see how your snare's tilted towards you? if you tilted that away so the stick was almost parallel when it hit, youd not only get a better sound from the stroke, but youd get alot more rebound and it would feel better.

4)watch your tempo/timing buddy

5)your bass in like 1:30 - 2:00 isnt supposed to be swung, ulrich plays straight 16ths.

6)maybe expand your set a little bit, so your arms have more room, and you get a fuller stroke.
