easier said than done the iphone and ipod touch use flash memory whereas all the other ipod models use a 1.8 inch analog hard drive

and even if they could squeeze those hdd's in there it probably wouldn't be for the better considering reliability, power consumption, and performance, the problem most notable in my experience is that those hdd's have a tendency to go completely ape-shit and naturally brick, seems to happen to ever single one I touch

If you know how to downgrade it to 1.1.1, yeah. I suggest then upgrading to 1.1.2 though, because I had it jailbroken with 1.1.2 and had no problems. Now I have 1.1.1 without jailbreak, and I'm having issues with the internet. Also listening to music with the internet doesn't seem to work too well.
