windows mobile users use their recording seldom therefore htc didnt concentrate on it.
If someone can afford an htc then he can afford a camera as well.

are you sure about the VGA@30fps ?
none of HTC's branded mobiles have been able to, only the HTC made Xperia Xi (international)
i've played with a TOUCH HD and found the video to be the same as all previous recording abilities, lousy :(
