This movie is so sad because it’s based on the reality. The story about how the Europeans “conquered” America and the Wild West is so tragic. Our civilization is so fucking miserable and we don’t live in harmony anymore, we’re trying to domesticate the nature and all the animals, we see the earth as something we can dominate. We treat the animals as slaves instead of free individuals, and I don’t think that any animal deserves that. Horses should be free and not forced to serve us humans.

@Mumriky are you aware that horses came from Europe? and that the horses that are considered "wild" would have been descendant of/ were escaped horses. the "wild stallion" is considered an invasive species. and is a nusance that helped to contribute to other species dwindling?

@Mumriky u remind me of Pocahantas saying that haha the natives in the Americas treated nature with much respect and dignity that it harmonized them after the Europeans came that knowledge was lost the domestication of wolves however (which r still free to roam as they please) turned to us having loyal companions for trips and such the horse chooses the rider they're not exactly forced into riding nowadays
